Abstract
Description
Claims (13)
- ソーラーセル積層体(10)及び枠骨格(1)を有するソーラーモジュール(100)であって、その枠骨格が、
相平行な2個のクランピング脚(2a,2b)を有し、それらクランピング脚が、ソーラーセル積層体(10)を保持しうるよう平面的に構成され且つ互いに離隔配置されている積層体クランピング部(2)と、
その積層体クランピング部(2)に隣接する骨格部(3)であり、複数個の側部(3a,3b)により形成されていてソーラーセル積層体(10)を受容可能な部分を有すると共に、少なくとも部分的に枠骨格(1)上にある連結ベース(4)を有する骨格部であって、上記部分が少なくとも部分的にアンダーカットを有することとなるようそれら側部(3a,3b)のうち少なくとも1個が形成されている骨格部と、
を備えるソーラーモジュール。 - 請求項1記載のソーラーモジュール(100)であって、更にフランジ(4a)を備え、そのフランジが、少なくとも部分的に連結ベース(4)上にモールドされており且つその連結ベース(4)に対し略垂直であるソーラーモジュール。
- 請求項1記載のソーラーモジュール(100)であって、そのフランジ(4a)が、枠骨格(1)の伸長方向に沿い1個又は複数個のスルーホール(4b)を有するソーラーモジュール。
- 請求項1記載のソーラーモジュール(100)であって、その骨格部(3)が、少なくとも部分的に台形断面を有するソーラーモジュール。
- 請求項1記載のソーラーモジュール(100)であって、その連結ベース(4)上に突起が形成されているソーラーモジュール。
- 請求項1記載のソーラーモジュール(100)であって、その骨格部(3)が、全体的に、開放側で端切りされた中空円筒として構成されているソーラーモジュール。
- パネル状のソーラーセル積層体(10)と、請求項1に係る枠骨格(1)少なくとも2個と、を有するソーラーモジュール(100)であって、そのソーラーセル積層体(10)が、積層体クランピング部(2)のクランピング脚(2a,2b)間に挿入されて上記部分に至り、且つ少なくとも両面的に枠付けされているソーラーモジュール(100)において枠骨格(1)に連結されるソーラーモジュール。
- 請求項7記載のソーラーモジュール(100)であり、方形ベースエリアを備えるソーラーモジュール(100)であって、そのソーラーセル積層体(10)が、その方形ベースエリアに備わる2本の長辺のみで個々の枠骨格(1)に連結されているソーラーモジュール。
- ソーラーモジュール(100)用の締結システム(200;300;400;500;600)であって、請求項1に係るソーラーモジュール(100)少なくとも1個と、少なくとも1本の実装レール(5a;5b)を有する少なくとも1本の支持レール(20)と、を備え、その実装レールが、ソーラーモジュール(100)の枠骨格(1)とフォームフィット嵌合状態である締結システム。
- 請求項9記載の締結システム(300;400;500;600)であって、その支持レール(20)が、中空骨格を伴う少なくとも2本の実装レール(5a;5b)を有し、その中空骨格が、支持レール(20)の正逆両方向に案内する開口を有する締結システム。
- 請求項9記載の締結システム(300;500;600)であって、その支持レール(20)が、更に、上記少なくとも2本の実装レール(5a;5b)の間に配されたスペーサ部(6)を有する締結システム。
- 請求項9記載の締結システム(500;600)であって、更に、そのスペーサ部(6)内に延びるネジ又はボルト連結部(8e)を有する締結システム。
- 請求項9記載の締結システム(600)であって、そのソーラーモジュール(100)の枠骨格(1)が、枠骨格(1)の連結ベース(4)上にモールドされたフランジ(4a)を有し、そのフランジが、連結ベース(4)に対し略垂直で、且つスペーサ部(6)内に張り出しており、上記ネジ又はボルト連結部(8e)が、スルーホール(4b)を介しフランジ(4a)内を延びる締結システム。
