Description
放熱線が設けられる第1の面、及び温度制御線が設けられる第2の面を含む放熱シートボディと、
一端が上記放熱線の一端に接続される放熱ピンと、
一端が上記温度制御線の一端に接続される温度制御ピンと、
一端が上記放熱線のもう一端及び温度制御線のもう一端に接続される共通ピンと、
を備える温度制御セラミック放熱シートを提供した。
コントローラを含み、更に上記温度制御セラミック放熱シートを備える喫煙具を提供した。
Claims (8)
- 放熱線(12)が設けられる第1の面(111)、及び温度制御線(13)が設けられる第2の面(112)を含む放熱シートボディ(11)と
一端が前記放熱線(12)の一端に接続される放熱ピン(14)と、
一端が前記温度制御線(13)の一端に接続される温度制御ピン(15)と、
共通ピン(16)であって、前記放熱線(12)のもう一端及び温度制御線(13)のもう一端は、前記共通ピン(16)の同一端に接続される共通ピン(16)と、を備え、
前記放熱線(12)と前記温度制御線(13)とは対称的に設置され、
前記放熱シートボディ(11)は取付ステップ(114)に接続され、前記放熱ピン(14)、温度制御ピン(15)及び共通ピン(16)は前記取付ステップ(114)の面に貼り付けられ、且つ、前記放熱ピン(14)、温度制御ピン(15)及び共通ピン(16)が前記放熱シートボディ(11)に向かう方向に沿って前記取付ステップ(114)から伸び出す、ことを特徴とする温度制御セラミック放熱シート。 - 前記温度制御線(13)の抵抗値は前記放熱線(12)の抵抗値よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の温度制御セラミック放熱シート。
- 前記放熱シートボディ(11)にはスルーホール(113)が開設され、前記スルーホール(113)内には電気伝導部(17)が挿入されて接続され、前記放熱線(12)のもう一端、及び温度制御線(13)のもう一端は、それぞれ前記電気伝導部(17)の両端に接続され、共通ピン(16)の一端は前記電気伝導部(17)に接続されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の温度制御セラミック放熱シート。
- 前記電気伝導部(17)と前記スルーホール(113)との間の固定は、係合固定、接着固定、又はネジ固定であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の温度制御セラミック放熱シート。
- 前記放熱線(12)、温度制御線(13)及び共通ピン(16)と、前記電気伝導部(17)との間は溶接によって固定されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の温度制御セラミック放熱シート。
- 前記温度制御セラミック放熱シート(10)の面にはセラミック釉薬が塗布されることを特徴とする請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の温度制御セラミック放熱シート。
- コントローラ(20)を含む喫煙具であって、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の温度制御セラミック放熱シート(10)を備えることを特徴とする喫煙具。
- 放熱線(12)が設けられる第1の面(111)、及び温度制御線(13)が設けられる第2の面(112)を含む放熱シートボディ(11)と
一端が前記放熱線(12)の一端に接続される放熱ピン(14)と、
一端が前記温度制御線(13)の一端に接続される温度制御ピン(15)と、
共通ピン(16)であって、前記放熱線(12)のもう一端及び温度制御線(13)のもう一端は、前記共通ピン(16)の同一端に接続される共通ピン(16)と、を備え、
前記放熱シートボディ(11)は取付ステップ(114)に接続され、前記放熱ピン(14)、温度制御ピン(15)及び共通ピン(16)は前記取付ステップ(114)の面に貼り付けられ、且つ、前記放熱ピン(14)、温度制御ピン(15)及び共通ピン(16)が前記放熱シートボディ(11)に向かう方向に沿って前記取付ステップ(114)から伸び出す、ことを特徴とする温度制御セラミック放熱シート。
