Claims (8)
- 液状又はガス状の媒体用の導管を接続するためのプラグコネクタ(2)であって、
中央の長手軸線(8)と、
コネクタボディ(5)であって、該コネクタボディ(5)が横断面内でプラグコネクタ(2)の前記中央の長手軸線(8)を包囲する少なくとも1つのスリーブ形状の外側ジャケット部分(13)を有し、該外側ジャケット部分(13)内に第1及び第2の貫通開口部(33')を有する、コネクタボディ(5)と、
両終端部分を有するロック部材(6)であって、相手側コネクタ(3)に対してプラグコネクタ(2)を固定するために設けられた、ロック部材(6)と、
前記第1及び第2の貫通開口部(33')の領域内に前記ロック部材(6)を固定するためにそれぞれ配置されている第1及び第2の保持部材(38)と、を備え、
前記第1及び第2の貫通開口部(33')は、前記ロック部材(6)の両終端部分のそれぞれを収容するために形成されている、プラグコネクタにおいて、
前記第1及び第2の保持部材(38)のそれぞれが、薄板部材として形成され、かつ前記第1及び第2の貫通開口部(33')のための部材としてそれぞれ設けられ、
前記第1の保持部材(38)は前記第1の貫通開口部(33')の上を覆う第1の保持部分(46)を有し、前記第2の保持部材(38)は前記第2の貫通開口部(33')の上を覆う第2の保持部分(46)を有し、
前記第1及び第2の保持部材(38)が固定部分(44)を有し、該固定部分によって前記第1及び第2の保持部材(38)が前記外側ジャケット部分(13)内に配置されている保持部材収容部(39)内に嵌合して収容されている、
ことを特徴とするプラグコネクタ。 - 前記コネクタボディ(5)が環状空間(22)を有し、該環状空間が、横断面内で中央の長手軸線(8)を包囲する、プラグコネクタ(2)のスリーブ形状の内側ジャケット部分(10)と外側ジャケット部分(13)との間に位置し、
前記内側ジャケット部分(10)が前記外側ジャケット部分(13)によって包囲され、かつ前記コネクタボディ(5)の前記内側ジャケット部分(10)が第1の終端部分(4)において第1の前壁部分(15)によって前記外側ジャケット部分(13)と結合され、かつ前記内側および外側ジャケット部分(10、13)が第2の終端部分(23)において互いに対して開放し、
少なくとも2つの貫通開口部(33’)が前記内側ジャケット部分(10)と前記外側ジャケット部分(13)とを貫通している、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプラグコネクタ。 - 前記第1及び第2の保持部材(38)が支持部分(48)を有し、該支持部分が、前記コネクタボディ(5)の保持部材収容部(39)に挿入される固定部分(44)の前記第1及び第2の保持部分(46)に対して逆の側に配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のプラグコネクタ。
- 前記第1及び第2の保持部分(46)が載置領域(49)内に載置フラップ(50)を有し、該載置フラップによって前記第1及び第2の保持部分(46)が前記第1及び第2の貫通開口部(33’)に対して間隔(51)をもって配置されて、前記第1及び第2の貫通開口部(33’)の上を覆っている、ことを特徴とする請求項1~3の何れか一項に記載のプラグコネクタ。
- 前記第1及び第2の保持部材(38)が、前記コネクタボディ(5)の保持部材収容部(39)に挿入される固定部分(44)の領域内で、保持部材収容部(39)の後方を把持するための少なくとも1つの固定突片(54)を有している、ことを特徴とする請求項1~4の何れか一項に記載のプラグコネクタ。
- 前記第1及び第2の保持部材(38)が、前記コネクタボディ(5)の保持部材収容部(39)に挿入される固定部分(44)の領域内で、ほぼ中央に配置された長手スロット(55)を有している、ことを特徴とする請求項1~5の何れか一項に記載のプラグコネクタ。
- 前記第1及び第2の保持部材(38)が前記第1及び第2の貫通開口部(33')の上を覆う第1及び第2の保持部分(46)の領域内に面取り(43)を有している、ことを特徴とする請求項1~6の何れか一項に記載のプラグコネクタ。
- 前記第1及び第2の保持部材(38)が、前記コネクタボディ(5)の保持部材収容部(39)に挿入される固定部分(44)の領域内にフラップ(45)を有し、前記薄板部材が90°と240°の間、特に140°と210°の間、好ましくは175°と185°の間の角度(47)で折り返されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1~7の何れか一項に記載のプラグコネクタ。
