Claims (16)
- 積層板パックの製造方法であって、複数の積層板を平坦な出発生産物から切り出し、積層して前記積層板パックを形成させ、該積層板パック内で前記積層板を接着剤により互いに結合させるようにした前記方法において、
前記接着剤が耐高温性のシアノアクリレート接着剤であり、該シアノアクリレート接着剤を該接着剤のための湿潤層(14)上に塗布し、該湿潤層は、そのpH値が7より大きい範囲にあるように調整されており、前記耐高温性のシアノアクリレート接着剤が、少なくとも130℃の高い耐熱性を有していることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記湿潤層(14)が、ジプロピレングリコールと、蒸留水および/または脱ミネラル水および/または脱イオン水と、場合によっては少なくとも1つの添加物とから成っていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの添加物が、ダイヤモンドおよび/またはポリグリコールオイルおよび/または腐食防止剤および/またはアルカリ性添加物であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記湿潤層(14)が、30ないし75重量%の蒸留水および/または脱ミネラル水および/または脱イオン水と、25ないし70重量%のジプロピレングリコールとを含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項2または3に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの添加物の割合が前記湿潤層(14)の0と20重量%の間にあることを特徴とする、請求項2から4までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記湿潤層(14)を前記出発生産物(1)上へ吹き付けることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記湿潤層(14)を刷毛塗りによって前記出発生産物(1)上へ塗布することを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記湿潤層(14)を研磨により前記出発生産物(1)上へ塗布することを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記湿潤層(14)を前記出発生産物(1)の片側全面に塗布することを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記湿潤層(14)を前記出発生産物(1)の両側に塗布することを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記湿潤層(14)を、前記出発生産物(1)の送り方向において前記積層板の切り出し工程として前記積層板を打ち抜くための打ち抜き装置(11)の手前で前記出発生産物(1)上へ塗布することを特徴とする、請求項1から10までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記湿潤層(14)を、前記積層板の切り出し工程として前記積層板を打ち抜くための打ち抜き工具に設けられた少なくとも1つの塗布ユニット(15)を用いて前記出発生産物(1)上へ塗布することを特徴とする、請求項1から10までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記耐高温性のシアノアクリレート接着剤のための塗布ユニット(12)が、前記積層板の切り出し工程として前記積層板を打ち抜くための打ち抜き工具に設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1から12までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記耐高温性のシアノアクリレート接着剤と前記湿潤層(14)とを、前記積層板の切り出し工程としての打ち抜きの直前に前記出発生産物(1)上へまたは前記積層板の切り出し工程としての打ち抜きの直後に前記積層板(2)上へ塗布することを特徴とする、請求項1から10までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記出発生産物(1)が帯状である場合、前記湿潤層(14)を、前記出発生産物(1)の送り方向において被覆部(13)の前記出発生産物(1)へのコーティングの後であって巻取機(10)に巻き取る前に前記出発生産物(1)上へ塗布することを特徴とする、請求項1から10までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記出発生産物(1)が帯状である場合、前記湿潤層(14)を、前記出発生産物(1)の送り方向において帯材を分割する前に前記出発生産物(1)に塗布し、その後前記積層板の切り出し工程として前記積層板を前記出発生産物(1)から打ち抜くことを特徴とする、請求項1から10までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
