Claims (5)
- 駆動力源としての電動機を有する車両に関して、自動運転制御による自動運転と運転者の運転操作による手動運転とを切り替える運転モード切替制御部を備えた車両の制御装置であって、
前記自動運転時には前記電動機の温度が自動運転用の第1閾値温度よりも高い場合、および前記手動運転時には前記電動機の温度が手動運転用の第2閾値温度よりも高い場合に、前記電動機の負荷率を制限する電動機制御部と、
前記第2閾値温度を前記第1閾値温度よりも高く設定する閾値温度設定部と、
を備えることを特徴とする車両の制御装置。 - 前記電動機制御部は、前記電動機の温度に代えて、前記電動機と駆動輪との間の動力伝達経路上に設けられる動力伝達装置を含む油圧作動部および潤滑部位に供給される作動油の作動油温が、前記自動運転時には前記第1閾値温度よりも高い場合、および前記手動運転時には前記第2閾値温度よりも高い場合に、前記電動機の負荷率を制限する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両の制御装置。 - 前記電動機は、インバータを介して蓄電装置に接続され、
前記電動機制御部は、前記電動機の温度に代えて、前記インバータの温度が、前記自動運転時には前記第1閾値温度よりも高い場合、および前記手動運転時には前記第2閾値温度よりも高い場合に、前記電動機の負荷率を制限する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両の制御装置。 - 前記閾値温度設定部は、前記運転モード切替制御部によって前記車両が前記自動運転から前記手動運転に切り替えられた場合に、所定時間が経過した後に前記第2閾値温度を前記第1閾値温度と等しくなるように設定する
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1に記載の車両の制御装置。 - 前記閾値温度設定部は、前記自動運転よりも走行自由度の高い第2の自動運転が選択された場合には、前記第2閾値温度と前記第1閾値温度との閾値温度差が小さくなるように前記第1閾値温度を設定する
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1に記載の車両の制御装置。
