Claims (10)
- バッテリーモジュールの一側に設けられ、前記バッテリーモジュールに備えられたバスバーを両側から加圧することで、前記バスバーに形成されたリードスリット内に位置する電極リードと前記バスバーとを相互密着した状態で溶接する溶接用の加圧ジグであって、
第1距離調節部及び第1加圧部を含む第1フレームと、
前記第1距離調節部と対向する第2距離調節部及び前記第1加圧部と対向する第2加圧部を含む第2フレームとを含み、
前記第1フレームと前記第2フレームとは、前記第1距離調節部と前記第2距離調節部との距離が近くなれば前記第1加圧部と前記第2加圧部との距離が遠くなり、前記第1距離調節部と前記第2距離調節部との距離が遠くなれば前記第1加圧部と前記第2加圧部との距離が近くなるように、2つのヒンジによって結合され、
前記第1フレームと前記第2フレームとの間には、溶接のための溶接装置が前記バスバーに近付くことができるように、前記第1距離調節部と前記第2距離調節部との間から前記第1加圧部と前記第2加圧部との間まで前記2つのヒンジの間を通じた空間が形成されている、加圧ジグ。 - 前記ヒンジは、前記第1フレームと前記第2フレームとの間を連結して相互に相対回動可能にする、請求項1に記載の加圧ジグ。
- 前記加圧ジグは、前記第1距離調節部と前記第2距離調節部との間に連結され、前記第1距離調節部と前記第2距離調節部とが相互に近づく方向に弾性力を与える復元部材をさらに含む、請求項1又は2に記載の加圧ジグ。
- 前記加圧ジグは、ネジ山を有する回転軸を中心に回転し、前記第1フレームを前記第2フレームに近づく方向または前記第2フレームから遠ざかる方向に移動させる距離調節ノブをさらに含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の加圧ジグ。
- 前記第1加圧部は、その端部に形成された第1把持部を備え、
前記第2加圧部は、その端部に形成された第2把持部を備え、
前記第1把持部と前記第2把持部とは、それぞれの対向面に前記バスバーが挿入できるように一定の深さで形成された把持溝を備える、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の加圧ジグ。 - 複数のバッテリーセルが積層されて形成されたセル積層体、前記セル積層体を収容するモジュールケース、及び前記モジュールケースの一側開口部を覆うバスバーアセンブリを含むバッテリーモジュールと、
前記バスバーアセンブリ上に設けられて前記バスバーアセンブリに備えられるバスバーを両側から加圧することで、前記バスバーに形成されたリードスリット内に位置する電極リードと前記バスバーとを相互密着した状態で溶接できるようにする加圧ジグとを含む、バッテリーモジュール製造システムであって、
前記加圧ジグは、
第1距離調節部及び第1加圧部を含む第1フレームと、
前記第1距離調節部と対向する第2距離調節部及び前記第1加圧部と対向する第2加圧部を含む第2フレームとを含み、
前記第1フレームと前記第2フレームとは、前記第1距離調節部と前記第2距離調節部との距離が近くなれば前記第1加圧部と前記第2加圧部との距離が遠くなり、前記第1距離調節部と前記第2距離調節部との距離が遠くなれば前記第1加圧部と前記第2加圧部との距離が近くなるように、ヒンジによって連結され、
前記第1フレームと前記第2フレームとの間には、溶接のための溶接装置が前記バスバーに近付くことができるように空間が形成されている、バッテリーモジュール製造システム。 - 前記ヒンジは、前記第1フレームと前記第2フレームとの間を連結して相互に相対回動可能にする、請求項6に記載のバッテリーモジュール製造システム。
- 前記加圧ジグは、前記第1距離調節部と前記第2距離調節部との間に連結され、前記第1距離調節部と前記第2距離調節部とが相互に近づく方向に弾性力を与える復元部材をさらに含む、請求項6又は7に記載のバッテリーモジュール製造システム。
- 前記加圧ジグは、ネジ山を有する回転軸を中心に回転し、前記第1フレームを前記第2フレームに近づく方向または前記第2フレームから遠ざかる方向に移動させる距離調節ノブをさらに含む、請求項6から8のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール製造システム。
- 前記第1加圧部は、その端部に形成された第1把持部を備え、
前記第2加圧部は、その端部に形成された第2把持部を備え、
前記第1把持部と前記第2把持部とは、それぞれの対向面に前記バスバーが挿入できるように一定の深さで形成された把持溝を備える、請求項6から9のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール製造システム。
