Description
前記外部電源から前記バッテリへの充電を継続しながら前記電動モータを駆動させる第1電源モードと、前記バッテリのみで前記電動モータを駆動させる第2電源モードとを備え、
前記外部電源を給電するための給電ケーブルが給電口に接続され、かつ前記電動モータの回転が停止されている場合に、前記第2電源モードから前記第1電源モードに移行するものである。
まず、図1及び図2を参照しながら、電動式作業機械の一例としての油圧ショベル1の概略構造について説明する。ただし、電動式作業機械としては、油圧ショベル1に限定されず、ホイルローダ等の他の車両でもよい。油圧ショベル1は、下部走行体2と、作業機3と、上部旋回体4とを備える。
図3は、油圧ショベル1に搭載される油圧回路100を示している。油圧回路100は、第1アクチュエータ111と、第2アクチュエータ112と、油圧ポンプ113と、パイロットポンプ114と、第1方向切換弁115と、第2方向切換弁116と、操作装置117と、を備えている。
図4を用いて、油圧ショベル1に搭載され、電動モータ7に電力を供給する電源システム6について説明する。電源システム6は、商用電源5の交流電源電圧を直流電源電圧に交換する給電器61と、給電器61からの電力を充電または放電するバッテリ62と、直流電源電圧を交流電源電圧に交換するインバータ63と、給電器61からインバータ63に電力を供給する第1の電路6aと、バッテリ62から第1の電路6aに合流する第2の電路6bと、第1の電路6aと第2の電路6bの合流点6cとインバータ63の間に配置されたインバータリレー64と、合流点6cとバッテリ62の間に配置されたバッテリリレー65と、合流点6cと給電器61の間に配置された給電器リレー66と、を備える。
図8に示すように、バッテリモードから2wayモードへの切り替えにおいて、給電ケーブル51の接続の確認、電動モータ7の回転停止の確認に加えて、カットオフレバー415が上方に回動されて油圧アクチュエータの操作が制限されているか否かを判定してもよい。システムコントローラ67は、カットオフスイッチ416から送信されたカットオフレバー415が上方又は下方に回動されているかの情報に基づき、カットオフレバー415が上方に回動されているか否かを判定することができる。ステップS17で「YES」と判定された場合、次のステップS21において、カットオフレバー415が上方に回動されているか否かを判定する。ステップS21において、カットオフレバー415が下方に回動されていない、「NO」と判定された場合、バッテリモードを継続し、一方、カットオフレバー415が上方に回動されている、「YES」と判定された場合、次のステップS18において、給電器リレー66をオンする。

Claims (3)
- 外部電源及びバッテリを駆動電源とする電動モータと、前記電動モータによって駆動される油圧ポンプを油圧源とする油圧アクチュエータとを備える電動式作業機械であって、
前記外部電源から前記バッテリへの充電を継続しながら前記電動モータを駆動させる第1電源モードと、前記バッテリのみで前記電動モータを駆動させる第2電源モードとを備え、
前記外部電源を給電するための給電ケーブルが給電口に接続され、かつ前記電動モータの回転が停止されている場合に、前記第2電源モードから前記第1電源モードに移行する、電動式作業機械。 - 前記外部電源を給電するための給電ケーブルが給電口に接続され、かつ前記電動モータの回転が停止され、かつ前記油圧アクチュエータを操作するパイロット圧を遮断することにより前記油圧アクチュエータの操作を制限するカットオフレバーが上方に回動されて前記油圧アクチュエータの操作が制限されている場合に、前記第2電源モードから前記第1電源モードに移行する、請求項1に記載の電動式作業機械。
- 前記給電ケーブルが前記給電口から脱離された場合に、前記第1電源モードから前記第2電源モードに移行する、請求項1又は2に記載の電動式作業機械。
