Claims (5)
- 駆動輪に駆動力を伝達する油圧式の駆動力伝達機構と、前記駆動力伝達機構に油圧を供給する電動オイルポンプと、を有する車両において、前記電動オイルポンプへの電力の供給を制御する電力供給制御装置であって、
所定温度に達した場合に自動的にシャットダウンする自己保護制御が組み込まれた回路基板を有し、前記電動オイルポンプの作動を制御する電動オイルポンプ制御部と、
前記電動オイルポンプ制御部への電力供給を制御する電力供給制御部と、
前記回路基板の温度を検出する第1温度検出手段と、
前記駆動力伝達機構に設けられ、前記駆動力伝達機構内の作動油の温度を油温として検出する第2温度検出手段と、
を備え、
前記電力供給制御部は、前記第1温度検出手段が検出した前記回路基板の温度が所定の第1しきい値温度を超えた場合に、前記電動オイルポンプ制御部への電力供給を禁止する通電禁止制御を実行するとともに、前記通電禁止制御の実行中、前記第2温度検出手段が検出した油温に基づき、前記通電禁止制御を解除するか否かを判定する解除判定を実行し、
前記第1しきい値温度は、前記電動オイルポンプ制御部が自動シャットダウンする前記所定温度よりも低い温度であることを特徴とする電力供給制御装置。 - 前記電力供給制御部への電力供給が停止した状態で、前記通電禁止制御が実行されていたか否かを通電禁止制御情報として記憶する記憶部をさらに備え、
前記電力供給制御部は、前記電力供給制御部への電力供給が停止した後、電力供給が再開された場合に、前記通電禁止制御情報に基づき、前記通電禁止制御を実行するか否かを判定することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電力供給制御装置。 - 駆動輪に駆動力を伝達する油圧式の駆動力伝達機構と、前記駆動力伝達機構に油圧を供給する電動オイルポンプと、を有する車両において、前記電動オイルポンプへの電力の供給を制御する電力供給制御装置であって、
回路基板を有し、前記電動オイルポンプの作動を制御する電動オイルポンプ制御部と、
前記電動オイルポンプ制御部への電力供給を制御する電力供給制御部と、
前記回路基板の温度を検出する第1温度検出手段と、
前記駆動力伝達機構に設けられ、前記駆動力伝達機構内の作動油の温度を油温として検出する第2温度検出手段と、
を備え、
前記電力供給制御部は、前記第1温度検出手段が検出した前記回路基板の温度が所定の第1しきい値温度を超えた場合に、前記電動オイルポンプ制御部への電力供給を禁止する通電禁止制御を実行するとともに、前記通電禁止制御の実行中、前記第2温度検出手段が検出した油温に基づき、前記通電禁止制御を解除するか否かを判定する解除判定を実行し、
前記電力供給制御部は、前記解除判定において、前記油温が前記第1しきい値温度よりも低い所定の第2しきい値温度を下回り、かつ、前記第2しきい値温度から前記油温を減算した差分の積算値が所定値を超えた場合に、前記通電禁止制御を解除することを特徴とする電力供給制御装置。 - 前記電力供給制御部は、前記解除判定において、前記油温が前記第2しきい値温度よりも低い所定の第3しきい値温度を下回った場合、前記積算値にかかわらず、前記通電禁止制御を解除することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の電力供給制御装置。
- 前記駆動力伝達機構に油圧を供給する油圧供給装置が設けられ、
前記油圧供給装置は、前記電動オイルポンプと、前記電動オイルポンプの上流側に設けられた他のオイルポンプと、を有し、
前記電動オイルポンプは、前記他のオイルポンプから供給された油圧をさらに加圧して前記駆動力伝達機構に供給する
ことを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の電力供給制御装置。
