Claims (11)
- バッテリーセルを固定するセル固定ユニットと、
バッテリーセルの電極リードにエアを供給して切断地点を固定する電極リード固定ユニットと、
前記電極リードの切断地点を切断する電極リード切断ユニットと、
を含む、バッテリーセルの電極リード切断装置。 - 前記セル固定ユニットは、バッテリーセルを真空で吸着する吸着プレートを含む、請求項1に記載のバッテリーセルの電極リード切断装置。
- 前記電極リード切断ユニットは、前記電極リードの切断地点に接触して電極リードを切断するカッティングブレードを含み、
前記カッティングブレードは、前記電極リードの切断地点の上側に位置する第1カッティングブレード及び前記電極リードの切断地点の下側に位置する第2カッティングブレードを含む、請求項1又は2に記載のバッテリーセルの電極リード切断装置。 - 前記電極リード切断ユニットは、ガイドブロックをさらに含み、
前記第1カッティングブレード及び前記第2カッティングブレードの少なくとも一つは前記ガイドブロックに昇降可能に結合される、請求項3に記載のバッテリーセルの電極リード切断装置。 - 前記電極リード切断ユニットは、電極リードの切断地点にレーザービームを照射するレーザー発振器を含む、請求項1又は2に記載のバッテリーセルの電極リード切断装置。
- 前記電極リードの下側に配置されて前記電極リードを支持する電極リード支持ユニットをさらに含む、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリーセルの電極リード切断装置。
- 前記電極リード支持ユニットは、前記電極リードを磁力で固定する磁性体ブロックを含む、請求項6に記載のバッテリーセルの電極リード切断装置。
- 電極リードが露出されたバッテリーセルをローディングする段階と、
前記電極リードの上側からエアを提供して電極リードの切断地点を固定する段階と、
前記固定された電極リードの切断地点を切断する段階と、
を含む、電極リード切断方法。 - 前記電極リードのカッティングの際、電極リードの下側から磁力を提供して電極リードを磁力で固定する段階をさらに含む、請求項8に記載の電極リード切断方法。
- 請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の電極リード切断装置によって切断された電極リードを備える、バッテリーセル。
- 請求項10に記載のバッテリーセルを複数含む、バッテリーパック。
