Claims (15)
- 円筒型電池セルを収納した電池モジュールが着座された状態で前後にまたは左右に移動する移送部と、
前記電池モジュールの位置を確認するビジョン部と、
前記電池モジュールに収納された円筒型電池セルの電極とバスバーとを電気的に連結するボンディング部と、
を含む、ビジョンを用いた電池モジュール組立装置。 - 前記電池モジュールは、収納された前記円筒型電池セルの上部を覆うカバーケースをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のビジョンを用いた電池モジュール組立装置。
- 前記カバーケースは、上方に所定の高さに突出した突部、及び前記円筒型電池セルの上面一部を露出させるように形成された開放部を含む、請求項2に記載のビジョンを用いた電池モジュール組立装置。
- 前記移送部は、前記電池モジュールの底面と密着する着座台と、前記着座台の角に位置する所定の高さを有する複数のガイド部と、を含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のビジョンを用いた電池モジュール組立装置。
- 前記ガイド部の上面にはL字形のマーカーが形成されている、請求項4に記載のビジョンを用いた電池モジュール組立装置。
- 前記ビジョン部は、照明部、及び前記電池モジュールをスキャンするビジョンカメラを含む、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のビジョンを用いた電池モジュール組立装置。
- 前記円筒型電池セルの異物を除去する洗浄部をさらに含む、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のビジョンを用いた電池モジュール組立装置。
- 前記洗浄部はレーザー装置である、請求項7に記載のビジョンを用いた電池モジュール組立装置。
- 前記ビジョン部は、第1ビジョン部と、第2ビジョン部と、を含み、前記第1ビジョン部、前記洗浄部、及び前記第2ビジョン部の順に位置する、請求項7または8に記載のビジョンを用いた電池モジュール組立装置。
- 前記ビジョン部は、第1ビジョン部と、第2ビジョン部と、を含み、前記第1ビジョン部、前記第2ビジョン部、及び前記洗浄部の順に位置する、請求項7または8に記載のビジョンを用いた電池モジュール組立装置。
- 円筒型電池セルを収納した電池モジュールを移送部に着座させる第1段階と、
前記移送部を移動させる第2段階と、
前記移送部の移動経路上に位置するビジョン部を介して前記電池モジュールの位置を確認する第3段階と、
前記電池モジュールに収納された円筒型電池セルの電極とバスバーとをボンディングする第4段階と、
を含む、電池モジュール組立方法。 - 前記第4段階に先立ち、前記円筒型電池セルの上面のボンディングされる部分を洗浄する段階をさらに遂行する、請求項11に記載の電池モジュール組立方法。
- 前記第3段階では前記ビジョン部を介して前記電池モジュールの位置を2回確認し、前記洗浄する段階は前記2回の位置確認段階の間に遂行する、請求項12に記載の電池モジュール組立方法。
- 前記第3段階では前記ビジョン部を介して前記電池モジュールの位置を2回確認し、前記洗浄する段階は前記2回の位置確認段階の後に遂行する、請求項12に記載の電池モジュール組立方法。
- 請求項11~14のいずれか一項に記載の組立方法によって得られた前記電池モジュールを含む電池パック。
