Claims (12)
- 一対の電極リードが一側に突出し、並んで積層される複数のバッテリーセルを含むバッテリーセルアセンブリ;及び
前記複数のバッテリーセルの前記一対の電極リードを電気的に連結できるように前記バッテリーセルアセンブリの一側を覆い、対向する前記バッテリーセルの電極リードを共に通過させる複数のリードスロットを備えるICBアセンブリ;を含むことを特徴とするバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記ICBアセンブリは、
前記バッテリーセルアセンブリの一側を覆い、前記複数のリードスロットを備えるICBフレーム;及び
前記ICBフレームに備えられ、前記複数のリードスロットを共に通過した電極リードとそれぞれ電気的に連結される複数のセンシングバスバー;を含み、
前記複数のリードスロットは、前記複数のセンシングバスバーの間に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - それぞれの前記リードスロットを共に通過した電極リードは、少なくとも一方向に折り曲げられ、隣接した前記センシングバスバーと電気的に連結されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記ICBアセンブリは、それぞれの前記リードスロットとそれぞれの前記センシングバスバーとの間に配置され、それぞれの前記リードスロットを共に通過した電極リード間の短絡を防止するための複数の短絡防止リブを含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記少なくとも一方向に折り曲げられた電極リードは、前記隣接したセンシングバスバーと溶接結合されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記少なくとも一方向は、前記ICBアセンブリの前方または後方であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記複数のリードスロットは、
前記対向するバッテリーセルの前記一対の電極リードのうちいずれか1つの電極リードを共に通過させる複数の第1スロット;及び
前記対向するバッテリーセルの前記一対の電極リードのうち他の1つの電極リードを共に通過させる複数の第2スロット;を含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記複数のセンシングバスバーは、
前記複数の第1スロットを共に通過した電極リードとそれぞれ電気的に連結される複数の第1バスバー;及び
前記複数の第2スロットを共に通過した電極リードとそれぞれ電気的に連結される複数の第2バスバー;を含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記複数の短絡防止リブは、
それぞれの前記第1スロットとそれぞれの前記第1バスバーとの間に配置される複数の第1絶縁リブ;及び
それぞれの前記第2スロットとそれぞれの前記第2バスバーとの間に配置される複数の第2絶縁リブ;を含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記ICBアセンブリは、前記複数の第1バスバーと前記複数の第2バスバーとの間に配置されるように前記ICBフレームに備えられ、前記複数の第1バスバーと前記複数の第2バスバーと電気的に連結されるPCBユニット;を含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 請求項1に記載の少なくとも1つのバッテリーモジュール;及び
前記少なくとも1つのバッテリーモジュールをパッケージングするパックケース;を含むことを特徴とするバッテリーパック。 - 請求項11に記載の少なくとも1つのバッテリーパックを含むことを特徴とする自動車。
