Claims (12)
- 電極リードを備える複数のパウチ型二次電池であって、少なくとも一方向に積層されて配列された複数のパウチ型の二次電池と、
電気伝導性材質で構成されたバスバーであって、前記二次電池の電極リードのうち少なくとも2つと接合して二次電池の間を電気的に連結するバスバーと
を含み、
前記電極リードは、前記二次電池から前後方向に突出する形態で構成され、左右側面の少なくとも1つが前記バスバーに接合されることを特徴とするバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記バスバーは、前記電極リードの一端部が挿通される少なくとも1つの貫通口が形成された本体フレームを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記本体フレームは、
前記本体フレームが上下方向に立てられた状態で、前記本体フレームの上部に位置して水平方向に長く延びたバー形態の上段バー、
前記本体フレームの下部に位置して水平方向に長く延びたバー形態の下段バー、及び、
前記上段バーと前記下段バーとを連結する構造で形成された延長部
を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記延長部には、前記延長部の左右方向の厚さが前記電極リードが挿入される方向で連続的に増加するように少なくとも1つの傾斜面が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記延長部には、前記電極リードが貫通口に挿入される方向に穿設された少なくとも1つの開口が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記バスバーは、前後方向を基準に前面、後面及び側辺部を含む接合プレートを含み、
前記接合プレートの側辺部は、前記電極リードの左側面または右側面と接合することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記接合プレートは、前記接合プレートの外部に露出した前面が前記本体フレームの外部に露出した前面を基準に前方に突出するように、前記本体フレームの前面に接合されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記バスバーは、前記二次電池の電極リードに密着した少なくとも1つの固定プレートをさらに含み、
前記固定プレートは、前記電極リードの一端部の一側面が前記接合プレートの側辺部と密着するように前記電極リードの一端部の他側面を加圧することを特徴とする請求項6に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記接合プレートの側辺部には、左側または右側に突出した少なくとも1つの突出部が形成され、
前記突出部は、前記電極リードの一端部の上面または下面と接合することを特徴とする請求項7に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記突出部は、前記接合プレートの一方の側辺部または他方の側辺部の上端部もしくは下端部、またはその両方に形成されたことを特徴とする請求項9に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 請求項1〜請求項10のうちいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを含むバッテリーパック。
- 請求項11に記載のバッテリーパックを含む自動車。
