Claims (8)
- 陽極と陰極との間に分離膜が介在されている構造の電極組立体を電解液とともに内蔵するためのパウチ型電池ケースであって、
電池セルを外部から保護するために前記電池ケースの外面を構成する高分子樹脂の外部被覆層と、
前記外部被覆層の内側に位置し、水分遮断性及び熱伝導性を提供する金属遮断層と、
前記金属遮断層の内側に位置し、熱融着性を有する高分子樹脂の内部シーラント層と、
を含み、
前記金属遮断層は、成形性に優れた第1金属及び高剛性を有する第2金属を含み、
前記金属遮断層は、前記第1金属の表面に溝が形成され、前記第2金属が前記溝に介在された構造を有する、パウチ型電池ケース。 - 陽極と陰極との間に分離膜が介在されている構造の電極組立体を電解液とともに内蔵するためのパウチ型電池ケースであって、
電池セルを外部から保護するために前記電池ケースの外面を構成する高分子樹脂の外部被覆層と、
前記外部被覆層の内側に位置し、水分遮断性及び熱伝導性を提供する金属遮断層と、
前記金属遮断層の内側に位置し、熱融着性を有する高分子樹脂の内部シーラント層と、
を含み、
前記金属遮断層は、成形性に優れた第1金属及び高剛性を有する第2金属を含み、
前記金属遮断層は、前記第1金属の内部に貫通ラインが形成され、前記第2金属が前記貫通ラインに介在された構造を有する、パウチ型電池ケース。 - 陽極と陰極との間に分離膜が介在されている構造の電極組立体を電解液とともに内蔵するためのパウチ型電池ケースであって、
電池セルを外部から保護するために前記電池ケースの外面を構成する高分子樹脂の外部被覆層と、
前記外部被覆層の内側に位置し、水分遮断性及び熱伝導性を提供する金属遮断層と、
前記金属遮断層の内側に位置し、熱融着性を有する高分子樹脂の内部シーラント層と、
を含み、
前記金属遮断層は、成形性に優れた第1金属及び高剛性を有する第2金属を含み、
前記金属遮断層は、複数の第1金属及び複数の第2金属が前記電池ケースの厚さ方向に垂直な幅方向に交互に配列されて接合された構造を有する、パウチ型電池ケース。 - 前記第1金属はアルミニウム又はアルミニウム合金素材であり、第2金属はステンレススチール系素材である、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のパウチ型電池ケース。
- 前記金属遮断層は第1金属を含む第1金属層と前記第2金属を含む第2金属層の形態に配置される、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載のパウチ型電池ケース。
- 前記金属遮断層は第1金属及び第2金属を圧延によって互いに接合させたクラッド構造を有する、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載のパウチ型電池ケース。
- 前記外部被覆層と前記金属遮断層との間及び/又は前記金属遮断層と前記内部シーラント層との間には接着層が介在されている、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載のパウチ型電池ケース。
- 請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載のパウチ型電池ケースに電極組立体及び電解液が内蔵されている、電池セル。
