Abstract
Description
放電容量が5Aであって、セルの面積が30000mm2(120mm×250mm)であるパウチ型二次電池を製造した。パウチ型二次電池の基本的な構造は図3に示されたようである。
二次電池のシール工程中にシール部のシール幅を調節してシール部の特性長さが18になるように調節したことを除き、実施例1と同じ条件でパウチ型二次電池を製造した。
二次電池のシール工程中にシール部のシール幅を調節してシール部の特性長さが15になるように調節したことを除き、実施例1と同じ条件でパウチ型二次電池を製造した。
二次電池のシール工程中にシール部のシール幅を調節してシール部の特性長さが14になるように調節したことを除き、実施例1と同じ条件でパウチ型二次電池を製造した。
二次電池のシール工程中にシール部のシール幅を調節してシール部の特性長さが10になるように調節したことを除き、実施例1と同じ条件でパウチ型二次電池を製造した。
二次電池のシール工程中にシール部のシール幅を調節してシール部の特性長さが20になるように調節したことを除き、実施例1と同じ条件でパウチ型二次電池を製造した。
二次電池のシール工程中にシール部のシール幅を調節してシール部の特性長さが23になるように調節したことを除き、実施例1と同じ条件でパウチ型二次電池を製造した。
二次電池のシール工程中にシール部のシール幅を調節してシール部の特性長さが9になるように調節したことを除き、実施例1と同じ条件でパウチ型二次電池を製造した。
二次電池のシール工程中にシール部のシール幅を調節してシール部の特性長さが8になるように調節したことを除き、実施例1と同じ条件でパウチ型二次電池を製造した。
Claims (6)
- パウチ型二次電池であって、
電極リードが取り付けられた電極組立体と、及び
前記電極リードの一部が外部に露出するように前記電極組立体を収納し、縁部に沿ってシール部が形成されたパウチ包装材とを備えてなり、
前記シール部の特性長さが、10乃至19mm2/mmであることを特徴とする、パウチ型二次電池。 - 80%の相対湿度及び25℃条件で一日間の水分浸透量が、0.4566ppm/日以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のパウチ型二次電池。
- 80%の相対湿度及び25℃条件で15年間の前記シール部を通じた水分浸透量が、2500ppm以下であり、水分浸透による内部抵抗の上昇率が、10%以内であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のパウチ型二次電池。
- 前記特性長さが、前記シール部の「シール断面の面積/シール幅」をシール部に沿って積分した値であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載のパウチ型二次電池。
- 前記パウチ包装材が、四角形であり、
前記特性長さが、上部シール部、下部シール部、右側シール部及び左側シール部の特性長さを合算した値であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載のパウチ型二次電池。 - 前記パウチ包装材の熱接着層が、変性ポリオレフィン樹脂からなることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載のパウチ型二次電池。
