Description
以下、図面を参照して本実施形態の内燃機関の制御装置について説明する。図1はハイブリッドシステム100を例示するブロック図である。ハイブリッドシステム100はハイブリッド車両に搭載され、ECU10、バッテリ12、コンバータ14、インバータ16、モータジェネレータ(MG)18、モータジェネレータ(MG)20、動力分割機構22、減速機24、駆動輪26、およびエンジン30を備える。
図2はエンジン30を例示する模式図である。図2に示すように、エンジン30のエンジン本体32の内部に燃焼室33が形成される。エンジン本体32の内部には、ピストン34、コンロッド35、およびクランクシャフト36が配置されている。ピストン34はコンロッド35によりクランクシャフト36に連結されている。エンジン本体32には、回転数センサ37、点火プラグ38および燃料噴射弁39が設けられている。回転数センサ37はエンジン30の回転数を検出する。燃料噴射弁39は燃焼室33に燃料を供給(筒内噴射)する。点火プラグ38は燃焼室33内の混合器に点火する。なお、燃料噴射弁39は吸気経路40に設けられ、ポート噴射を行ってもよい。
図3から図7はECU10が実行する制御を例示するフローチャートである。図3から図6はISC学習が異常であるか否か判定するISC-OBD(On Board Diagnosis)制御である。図3に示す条件A~Cについては後述する。ECU10は、条件Aが成立しているか否かを判定する(ステップS10)。否定判定(No)の場合、制御は終了する。肯定判定(Yes)の場合、ECU10は条件Bが成立しているか否か判定する(ステップS12)。否定判定の場合、ECU10は条件Cが成立しているか否かを判定する(ステップS14)。否定判定の場合、制御は終了する。ステップS12およびS14のいずれかにおいて肯定判定の場合、ECU10は、ISC学習が異常であることを示す異常フラグをセットする(ステップS16)。ステップS16の後、制御は終了する。

Claims (5)
- 内燃機関およびモータを動力源とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置であって、
前記内燃機関の排気経路には、排気を浄化する触媒が設けられ、
前記内燃機関の作動中に、前記内燃機関のアイドル運転時における回転数が目標回転数となるように、前記内燃機関の回転数を制御するためのパラメータの学習を行う学習部と、
制御部と、を具備し、
前記回転数が前記目標回転数から所定の範囲内である場合、前記学習部は前記学習を停止し、
前記学習部による学習で取得された、前記回転数を目標回転数にするための前記パラメータの補正量が所定値以上の状態が所定時間以上継続した場合、前記学習部は前記学習を行わず、かつ前記制御部は前記内燃機関を停止させるハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 前記補正量が前記所定値以上の状態が前記所定時間以上継続した場合、前記制御部は、前記内燃機関に停止と運転とを繰り返す間欠運転を実施させる請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記補正量の上限ガード制御の継続時間が前記所定時間以上である場合、前記内燃機関を停止させる請求項1または2に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
- 前記内燃機関の吸気経路にスロットルバルブが設けられ、
前記パラメータは前記スロットルバルブの開度である請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 前記内燃機関は、前記排気経路から前記内燃機関の吸気経路に排気ガスを還流させるEGR経路を有する請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
