Description
図1は、本発明の実施の形態1に係る逆止弁1の断面図である。本発明に係る逆止弁1は、空気調和装置における冷凍サイクル中に設置され、冷媒の逆流を防止し、冷媒が一方向にしか流れないように規制する機能を有する。
Claims (7)
- 円筒形状の弁体収容部と、前記弁体収容部の一端部に形成された流入部と、前記弁体収容部の他端部に形成された流出部と、前記弁体収容部の内周面に突出した弁座と、を有する容器本体と、
前記容器本体内に配置され、軸方向に移動可能な弁体と、を備え、
前記弁座は、ハイドロフォーミング加工により、銅製の素管の両端から押し込んだ軸押し工具の間において、前記弁体収容部の他の部分よりも肉厚となるように前記容器本体に一体形成され、
前記弁体収容部は、前記素管の状態から外側に変形しておらず、内側にのみ肉寄せされており、管厚が不均一となっている逆止弁。 - 前記弁体は、前記弁座に接触する弁部と複数の羽根からなるガイド部を有する請求項1に記載の逆止弁。
- 請求項1または請求項2に記載の逆止弁を搭載した空気調和装置。
- 銅製の素管を外型で挟んで配置する工程と、
前記素管の両端から軸押し工具を押し込み、前記素管を固定する工程と、
前記素管の内部に流体を充填する工程と、
前記素管の両端からさらに前記軸押し工具を押し込み、前記軸押し工具の間において、前記素管の他の部分よりも肉厚となるように前記素管の内周面に弁座を形成する工程と、
弁体を前記素管の内部に挿入する工程と、
前記素管の両端部を縮管加工により流入部および流出部を形成する工程と、を含み、
前記弁座を形成する工程において、前記素管は、外側に変形しておらず、内側にのみ肉寄せされており、管厚が不均一となっている逆止弁の製造方法。 - 前記軸押し工具は、前記素管の内側に挿入される挿入部と、前記素管の端面に押し当てられる押し当て部と、流体を前記素管の内部に送り込むノズル穴を有する請求項4に記載の逆止弁の製造方法。
- 前記挿入部の外径は、前記素管の内径とほぼ等しい形状である請求項5に記載の逆止弁の製造方法。
- 前記素管の内部に流体を充填する工程と、前記素管の両端からさらに前記軸押し工具を押し込み、前記素管の内周面に弁座を形成する工程は同時に実施される請求項4~6のいずれか一項に記載の逆止弁の製造方法。
