Abstract
Description
이하의 설명에서 소구경 원통(2)들과 부싱(3)의 내측단은 강관(1)의 중심을 향하는 단부를 말하는 것이고, 외측단은 상기 내측단의 반대측 단부를 말하는 것이다.
Claims (5)
- 소요 단면두께와 직경크기를 가지는 강관(1)을 액압성형기(40)로 액압성형하여 길이방향 중간부 양측에 외측단이 막혀진 소구경 원통(2)들이 외부로 융기되도록 형성하고, 강관(1)의 양측에 융기되어 막혀있는 소구경 원통(2)들의 외측단을 절단 제거한 후 그 소구경 원통의 내주면을 절삭가공하며, 후가공된 양측의 소구경 원통(2)들 내부에 원통체의 형상을 가지는 부싱(3)을 삽입 고정시켜서, 밸브체(30)의 양측단이 밀착되는 상태로 양측 회전축(31)들이 끼움 조립되는 양측 축받이(20)들을 갖도록 제조함을 특징으로 하는 유체밸브용 케이싱의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 소구경 원통(2)들의 내주면을 절삭가공할 때에 내측단에 단차지는 걸림턱(2a)을 형성하여서 됨을 특징으로 하는 유체밸브용 케이싱의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 소구경 원통(2)들의 내주면을 절삭가공할 때에 상기 강관(1)의 외주면 양측 끝부분 근처에 접속구용 체결홈(4)을 동시에 절삭가공함을 특징으로 하는 유체밸브용 케이싱의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 부싱(3)의 내측단에는 밸브체(30)의 양측단에 대한 대접면을 확대하기 위한 돌출턱(3b)을 내향 돌출되게 형성하여, 상기 부싱(3)을 소구경 원통(2)들 내부에 삽입 고정시켜서 양측 축받이(20)들을 구성하였을 때 밸브체(30)의 양측단이 틈새없이 밀착되는 상태로 양측 회전축(31)들이 끼움 조립될 수 있도록 함을 특징으로 하는 유체밸브용 케이싱의 제조방법.
- 제1항 기재의 방법으로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체밸브용 케이싱.
