Claims (2)
- 摺接部品が内蔵されるノズル本体が接続先に接続される電磁弁用ノズルにおいて、
前記ノズル本体の表面に、表面層が硬質化された硬化部と硬質化されない靱性部とを設け、少なくとも前記摺接部品が摺接する摺接部位に前記硬化部を設定するとともに、少なくとも前記接続先に接続される接続部位に前記靱性部を設定し、
前記靱性部は、前記接続先の接続部材と溶接されることを特徴とする電磁弁用ノズル。 - 前記ノズル本体に表面処理を施して表面層が硬質化された前記硬化部を表面全域に形成するとともに、前記接続部位を切削加工して硬質化した表面層を不具備な前記靱性部を当該接続部に形成したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の電磁弁用ノズル。
