Description
くは溶解されているいずれかであるアモルファスもしくは擬ベーマイトアルミナゾル(粒径<1000nm)、または一塩基酸に溶解しているいずれか他のアルミニウム源であり得る。シリカ結合剤は、好適な分散形態のシリカ源であり得、シリカヒドロゾル、シリカゲル、シリカゾル及びケイ酸を含む。
(a)アモルファスまたは擬ベーマイトアルミナ及び水(または他の好適な水溶液)をタンクに投与して、アルミナスラリーを形成すること;
(b)所要量のリン含有化合物を添加して、最終触媒において必要とされる測定P2O5レベルを得ること;制御された温度及び時間条件下でアルミナをP2O5と反応させて、好適なリン酸アルミニウム結合剤を生成すること;
(c)リン酸アルミニウム結合剤を、残部の他の成分に投与すること;
(d)スラリーを噴霧乾燥機に送ること;
(e)噴霧乾燥された触媒粉末を収集すること、これが、最終添加剤である;
(f)場合により、最終生成物は、例えば、約250℃と約700℃との間の温度で焼成され得る。
アルミナスラリー及びリン含有化合物を、あらゆる他の構成要素/成分の添加の前に合わせかつ反応させるべきである。例えば、実施例において以下に示されているように、アルミナスラリーをリン含有化合物の導入の前にゼオライト、クレイまたはクレイ/シリカと混合すると、得られる添加剤は、アルミナ及びリン含有化合物を他の構成要素の添加の前に混合する場合よりも高い比較損耗を示す。
またはフェニルラジカルであり、Xは水素、Rまたはハロゲン化物である;によって表される基の誘導体が挙げられる。これらの化合物として、第1級のRPH2、第2級のR2PH、及び第3級のR3P、ホスフィン、例えばブチルホスフィン;第3級ホスフィンオキシド、R3PO、例えばトリブチルホスフィン;第1級のRP(O)(OX)2、及び第2級のR2P(O)OX、ホスホン酸、例えばベンゼンホスホン酸;ホスホン酸のエステル、例えばホスホン酸ジエチル、(RO)2P(O)H、ホスフィン酸ジアルキル、(RO)P(O)R2;亜ホスフィン酸、R2POX、例えば、ジエチル亜ホスフィン酸、第1級の(RO)P(OX)2、第2級の(RO)2POX、及び第3級の(RO)3P、亜リン酸塩;ならびにこれらのエステル、例えばモノプロピルエステル、亜ホスフィン酸アルキルジアルキル、(RO)P2、及び亜ホスホン酸ジアルキル、(RO)2PRエステルが挙げられる。亜リン酸塩エステルの例として、亜リン酸トリメチル、亜リン酸トリエチル、亜リン酸ジイソプロピル、亜リン酸ブチル;及びピロ亜リン酸塩、例えばテトラピロ亜リン酸塩が挙げられる。言及した化合物におけるアルキル基は、1~4個の炭素原子を含有する。他の好適なリン含有化合物として、リンハロゲン化物、例えばリン三塩化物、臭化物、及びヨウ化物、アルキルホスホロジクロリダイト、(RO)PCl2、ジアルキルホスホロクロリダイト、(RO)2PCl、アルキルホスホノクロリデート、(RO)(R)P(O)Cl、及びジアルキルホスフィノクロリデート、R2P(O)Clが挙げられる。
。NL9301333に記載されているZRPゼオライトは、この記載の文脈内のMFI型ゼオライトとされないことに注意されるべきである。
100×[(フィードの重量)-(生成されたライトサイクルオイルの重量)-(触媒上のコークスを除いた、形成された缶出液/残渣の重量]/[フィードの重量]
添加剤を試験するために、1つを、性能試験の前に、商業的利用をシミュレートする濃度でFCC触媒とブレンドする。以下の実施例では、添加剤を5%ブレンドでブレンドした。
Claims (4)
- 35wt%~65wt%のゼオライトと、15wt%~50wt%のクレイと、0wt%~10wt%のシリカ結合剤と、2.5wt%~5wt%のアモルファスまたは擬ベーマイトアルミナ及び7wt%~15wt%のリン酸を含むリン酸アルミニウム結合剤とを含み、かつ、前記リン酸アルミニウムはアモルファスまたは擬ベーマイトアルミナとP 2 O 5 源の混合物から構成される、触媒添加剤。
- 前記リン酸アルミニウム結合剤のP/Alのモル比が、1と3との間である、請求項1に記載の触媒添加剤。
- 前記リン酸アルミニウム結合剤のP/Alのモル比が、1.5と2.5との間である、
請求項1に記載の触媒添加剤。 - 炭化水素原料の接触分解の方法における、請求項1~3のいずれかに記載の触媒添加剤の使用。
