Description
上述した実施形態では、下板10の下面10Bに第2凸部24を設ける構成としたが、本発明はこれに限らず、図5(A)に示される下板80のように、下板80の下面80Bに凸部を設けない構成としてもよい。つまり、下面80Bをフラットに形成してもよい。この場合、下板80の上面80Aに形成された第1凹部18は、上面80Aに切削加工を施すことにより形成される。又は、下板80を鋳造によって製造することにより上面80Aに第1凹部18を形成する構成としてもよい。

Claims (5)
- 上面に被嵌合部が形成された金属製の下板と、
前記下板の上面に重ね合わされ、前記被嵌合部に嵌合されると共に下面と該被嵌合部における該下面との対向面との間に第1の隙間を形成する嵌合部を備えた金属製の上板と、
前記嵌合部が前記被嵌合部に嵌合された状態で、該嵌合部及び該被嵌合部に対して螺入されて該嵌合部と該被嵌合部とを板厚方向に接合するスクリューと、
前記スクリューの螺入時に前記スクリューとの摩擦熱により溶融し、前記第1の隙間に押し出されて前記下板と前記上板とを接合する余肉と、
を含んで構成された板材同士の接合構造。 - 前記被嵌合部は、前記下板の上面に形成された第1凹部であり、
前記嵌合部は、前記上板の下面に形成された第1凸部である請求項1に記載の板材同士の接合構造。 - 前記第1凹部は逆円錐台形状に形成され、
前記第1凸部は逆円錐台形状に形成されている請求項2に記載の板材同士の接合構造。 - 前記上板の上面には、平面視で前記第1凸部と重なる位置に第2凹部が形成され、該第2凹部に前記スクリューが螺入された状態で、前記スクリューの頭部が前記上板の上面における該第2凹部の周縁部に当接すると共に前記スクリューの前記頭部と前記第2凹部の底面との間に第2の隙間が形成されている、請求項2又は請求項3に記載の板材同士の接合構造。
- 前記下板の下面には、平面視で前記下板の上面に形成された前記第1凹部と重なる位置に第2凸部が形成されている、請求項2~請求項4の何れか1項に記載の板材同士の接合構造。
