- 基板と、基板上に配置されたマイクロニードルと、マイクロニードル上に形成されたコーティング層と、を備えるマイクロニードルデバイスであって、
マイクロニードルの長さは300~500μmであり、
マイクロニードルは28~80本/cm2の密度で基板上に配置されており、
コーティング層は生理活性物質を有する、
マイクロニードルデバイス。 - マイクロニードルが156~640本/cm2の密度で基板上に配置されたマイクロニードルデバイスと比較して皮膚刺激性が低い、請求項1記載のマイクロニードルデバイス。
- 皮膚刺激性はドレイズ法の一次刺激性指数で示される、請求項2記載のマイクロニードルデバイス。
- 生理活性物質が日本脳炎ワクチンである、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のマイクロニードルデバイス。
