Description
活物質層に被覆された被覆部、及び該被覆部から延び且つ前記活物質層に被覆されていない非被覆部を有する電極が前記被覆部同士及び前記非被覆部同士が重なるように積層されている電極体であって、前記非被覆部が積層された非被覆積層部を有する電極体と、
前記非被覆積層部の積層方向の一方側から面接触する保護板と、
前記非被覆積層部の積層方向の他方側から面接触する接合片、及び前記被覆部から前記非被覆部が延びる方向における前記非被覆積層部の先端と隣接する領域において前記接合片から前記保護板より外側まで延びる拡幅部を有する集電体と、を備える。
活物質層に被覆された被覆部、及び該被覆部から延び且つ前記活物質層に被覆されていない非被覆部を有する電極が前記被覆部同士及び前記非被覆部同士が重なるように積層されている電極体に対し、前記非被覆部が積層された非被覆積層部に前記非被覆部の積層方向の一方側から集電体が有する接合片を面接触させると共に、前記非被覆積層部に前記積層方向の他方側から保護板を面接触させることと、
前記接合片と前記保護板とに前記非被覆積層部が挟み込まれた状態で該接合片と該非被覆積層部と該保護板とを接合することと、を備え、
前記集電体は、前記被覆部から前記非被覆部が延びる方向における前記非被覆積層部の先端と隣接する領域において、前記非被覆積層部の前記一方側から前記他方側に向けて当該非被覆積層部より前記保護板側に突出する規制部を有する。
Claims (3)
- 活物質層に被覆された被覆部、及び該被覆部から延び且つ前記活物質層に被覆されていない非被覆部を有する電極が前記被覆部同士及び前記非被覆部同士が重なるように積層されている電極体であって、前記非被覆部が積層された非被覆積層部を有する電極体と、
前記非被覆積層部の積層方向の一方側から面接触する保護板と、
前記非被覆積層部の積層方向の他方側から面接触する接合片、及び前記被覆部から前記非被覆部が延びる方向における前記非被覆積層部の先端と隣接する領域において前記接合片から前記保護板より外側まで延びる拡幅部を有する集電体と、を備え、
前記集電体は、前記非被覆積層部の内面に面接触し、
前記保護板は、前記非被覆積層部の外面に面接触し、
前記非被覆積層部は、該非被覆積層部が積層方向に区分けされることによって構成される二つの分割非被覆積層部を有し、
前記非被覆積層部の内面は、前記二つの分割非被覆積層部同士の対向する面であり、
前記非被覆積層部の外面は、前記二つの分割非被覆積層部の前記対向する面と反対側の面である、蓄電素子。 - 活物質層に被覆された被覆部、及び該被覆部から延び且つ前記活物質層に被覆されていない非被覆部を有する電極が前記被覆部同士及び前記非被覆部同士が重なるように積層されている電極体に対し、前記非被覆部が積層された非被覆積層部に前記非被覆部の積層方向の一方側から集電体が有する接合片を面接触させると共に、前記非被覆積層部に前記積層方向の他方側から保護板を面接触させることと、
前記接合片と前記保護板とに前記非被覆積層部が挟み込まれた状態で該接合片と該非被覆積層部と該保護板とを接合することと、を備え、
前記集電体は、前記被覆部から前記非被覆部が延びる方向における前記非被覆積層部の先端と隣接する領域において、前記非被覆積層部の前記一方側から前記他方側に向けて当該非被覆積層部より前記保護板側に突出する規制部を有するとともに、前記非被覆積層部の内面に面接触し、
前記保護板は、前記非被覆積層部の外面に面接触し、
前記非被覆積層部は、該非被覆積層部が積層方向に区分けされることによって構成される二つの分割非被覆積層部を有し、
前記非被覆積層部の内面は、前記二つの分割非被覆積層部同士の対向する面であり、
前記非被覆積層部の外面は、前記二つの分割非被覆積層部の前記対向する面と反対側の面である、蓄電素子の製造方法。 - 活物質層に被覆された被覆部、及び該被覆部から延び且つ前記活物質層に被覆されていない非被覆部を有する電極が前記被覆部同士及び前記非被覆部同士が重なるように積層されている電極体であって、前記非被覆部が積層された非被覆積層部を有する電極体と、
前記非被覆積層部の積層方向から面接触する二つの保護板と、
前記非被覆積層部の積層方向から面接触する接合片、及び前記被覆部から前記非被覆部が延びる方向における前記非被覆積層部の先端と隣接する領域において前記接合片から前記保護板より外側まで延びる拡幅部を有する集電体と、を備え、
前記非被覆積層部は、該非被覆積層部が積層方向に区分けされることによって構成される二つの分割非被覆積層部を有し、
前記二つの保護板の一方の保護板は、積層方向において、前記二つの分割非被覆積層部の一方の分割非被覆積層部を前記接合片とともに挟み、
前記二つの保護板の他方の保護板は、積層方向において、前記二つの分割非被覆積層部の他方の分割非被覆積層部を前記接合片とともに挟む、蓄電素子。
