Description
電極が積層されている電極体と、
前記積層された電極と重ね合わされた状態で該電極と接合されている集電体と、を備え、
前記電極と前記集電体との少なくとも一方は、該電極と該集電体との第二接合部の周縁又は該周縁と隣接する領域から該電極と該集電体との積層方向に沿って突出し、且つ前記第二接合部を囲んでいる壁面を有し、
前記壁面は、前記積層方向における前記第二接合部の両側にそれぞれ設けられている。
前記電極と前記集電体とは、前記第二接合部を含む領域に、前記電極と前記集電体とを接合すると共に前記積層方向の一方が凸部で且つ他方が凹部となる第一接合部を有し、
前記第二接合部は、前記凸部の先端面から前記凹部の底面まで連続し、
前記凸部の先端面は、前記第二接合部を囲む環状凸部を含み、
該環状凸部の内周面は、前記積層方向の一方側の前記壁面であり、
前記凹部の内周面は、前記積層方向の他方側の前記壁面であってもよい。
上記いずれかの蓄電素子を少なくとも一つ備える。
集電体と、電極体が有する積層された電極とを重ね合わせた状態で、該集電体と該電極とをメカニカルクリンチによって接合することと、
前記メカニカルクリンチによって形成された前記集電体と前記電極との接合部を、溶接又は超音波接合することと、を備え、
前記接合部は、前記集電体と前記電極とが前記溶接又は前記超音波接合される接合領域の周縁又は該周縁と隣接する領域から該集電体と該電極との積層方向に沿って突出し且つ前記接合領域を囲むと共に、前記積層方向における前記接合領域の両側にそれぞれ形成される壁面を含む。
前記接合部は、前記積層方向の一方が凸部で且つ他方が凹部となる形状を有し、前記凸部の先端面に前記接合領域と該接合領域を囲む環状凸部を含むと共に前記凹部の底面に前記接合領域を含み、
前記環状凸部の内周面は、前記積層方向の一方側の前記壁面であり、
前記凹部の内周面は、前記積層方向の他方側の前記壁面であり、
前記溶接又は前記超音波接合は、第一治具が前記凸部の先端面に接し且つ第二治具が前記凹部の底面と接するように該第一治具と該第二治具とで前記接合部を挟み込むことによって行われ、
前記第一治具と前記先端面との接触面積は、前記第二治具と前記底面との接触面積と同じ又は小さくてもよい。
Claims (4)
- 電極が積層されている電極体と、
前記積層された電極と重ね合わされた状態で該積層された電極と接合されている集電体と、を備え、
前記積層された電極と前記集電体とが接合されている部位における前記積層された電極と前記集電体との少なくとも一方は、該積層された電極と該集電体とが溶接又は超音波接合によって前記積層された電極と前記集電体との積層方向に接合されている第二接合部の周縁又は該周縁と隣接する領域から前記積層方向に沿って突出し、且つ前記第二接合部を囲んでいる壁面を有し、
前記壁面は、前記積層方向における前記第二接合部の両側にそれぞれ設けられ、
前記積層された電極と前記集電体とが接合されている部位は、前記第二接合部を含む第一接合部であって前記積層された電極と前記集電体とが前記積層方向の一方が凸部で且つ他方が凹部となっている第一接合部を有し、
前記凸部の先端面における前記第二接合部の面積は、前記凹部の底面における前記第二接合部の面積以下である、蓄電素子。 - 前記第二接合部は、前記凸部の先端面から前記凹部の底面まで連続し、
前記凸部の先端面は、前記積層方向から見て前記第二接合部を囲み且つ前記積層方向の一方に凸となる環状凸部を含み、
前記環状凸部における該環状凸部に囲まれた領域側を向いた部位は、前記積層方向の一方側の前記壁面であり、
前記凹部の内周面は、前記積層方向の他方側の前記壁面である、請求項1に記載の蓄電素子。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の蓄電素子を少なくとも一つ備える、蓄電装置。
- 集電体と、電極が積層されている電極体の前記積層された電極とを重ね合わせた状態で、該集電体と該積層された電極とをメカニカルクリンチによって接合することと、
前記メカニカルクリンチによって形成された前記集電体と前記積層された電極との接合部を、溶接又は超音波接合することと、を備え、
前記接合部は、前記集電体と前記電極とが前記溶接又は前記超音波接合される接合領域の周縁又は該周縁と隣接する領域から該集電体と該電極との積層方向に沿って突出し且つ前記接合領域を囲むと共に、前記積層方向における前記接合領域の両側にそれぞれ形成される壁面を含み、
さらに、前記接合部は、前記積層方向の一方が凸部で且つ他方が凹部となる形状を有し、前記凸部の先端面に前記接合領域と、前記積層方向から見て該接合領域を囲み且つ前記積層方向の一方に凸となる環状凸部とを含むと共に前記凹部の底面に前記接合領域を含み、
前記環状凸部における該環状凸部に囲まれた領域側を向いた部位は、前記積層方向の一方側の前記壁面であり、
前記凹部の内周面は、前記積層方向の他方側の前記壁面であり、
前記溶接又は前記超音波接合は、第一治具が前記凸部の先端面に接し且つ第二治具が前記凹部の底面と接するように該第一治具と該第二治具とで前記接合部を挟み込むことによって行われ、
前記第一治具と前記先端面との接触面積は、前記第二治具と前記底面との接触面積と同じ又は小さい、蓄電素子の製造方法。
