なお、本明細書における「潤滑」は、摩擦や摩耗を抑制するためだけでなく、潤滑油を供給して冷却する場合も含む。
Claims (4)
- 動力伝達機構がケース内に収容されている動力伝達装置に備えられ、
前記ケースの底部に設けられたオイル貯留部のオイルをオイルポンプにより吸入して、前記動力伝達機構の潤滑必要部位へ供給するとともに、前記オイルポンプから供給された前記オイルの一部を受け入れるオイル受け部を備えている潤滑装置において、
前記オイルポンプから吐出された前記オイルが流通させられるパイプと、
前記パイプに設けられ、前記潤滑必要部位に対して前記オイルを供給する第1吐出孔と、
前記パイプに設けられ、前記オイル受け部に対して前記オイルを供給する第2吐出孔と、
を有し、前記第2吐出孔の長さが前記第1吐出孔の長さよりも長くされている
ことを特徴とする動力伝達装置の潤滑装置。 - 前記動力伝達装置は、車両の駆動力源の出力を駆動輪に伝達する車両用の動力伝達装置であり、
前記オイルポンプは、前記駆動輪に機械的に連結されて該駆動輪の回転に連動して回転駆動される機械式のオイルポンプである
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の動力伝達装置の潤滑装置。 - 前記パイプには、少なくとも前記第2吐出孔が設けられる部分に、該パイプの壁部から外方へ突き出す突出ノズルが設けられており、該突出ノズルを含んで前記第2吐出孔が設けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の動力伝達装置の潤滑装置。 - 前記パイプは、前記オイルが流通する油路に沿って分割された複数の分割部品を有するとともに、該複数の分割部品の材質は樹脂であり、該複数の分割部品の分割面が互いに向かい合った状態で接合されていることによって、内部に前記油路が設けられている樹脂パイプであり、
前記突出ノズルは、前記複数の分割部品の何れかに一体成形されている
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の動力伝達装置の潤滑装置。
