Claims (8)
- 複数のギヤ列を有する変速機の変速段を変更し、端面において被係合部が形成されたシフトドラムと、
前記シフトドラムが収容され、前記シフトドラムと同軸上において前記シフトドラムの前記端面が収容される円形の挿入孔が形成された変速機ケースと、
円形の外周面を有し且つ前記挿入孔に挿入された状態で前記シフトドラムの前記被係合部に係合する係合部を有し、前記シフトドラムの回転角を検出するギヤポジションセンサと、
前記ギヤポジションセンサの外周面に嵌合されたシールリングと、を備え、
前記挿入孔は、前記係合部が前記シフトドラムの前記被係合部に係合した状態で前記シールリングが圧接する第1内周面と、前記第1内周面よりも前記挿入孔の入口側に形成され且つ前記第1内周面よりも大径の第2内周面とを有し、
前記シールリングが前記第2内周面を通過して前記第1内周面に接触するまでに、前記係合部の少なくとも一部が前記被係合部に嵌まるように構成されている、鞍乗型車両。 - 前記挿入孔は、前記第1内周面と前記第2内周面との間に形成され且つ前記挿入孔の入口側に向いた第3内周面を有し、
前記第3内周面は、前記シールリングが前記第3内周面に接触した状態で前記係合部の少なくとも一部が前記被係合部の入口部に嵌まる位置に設けられている、請求項1に記載の鞍乗型車両。 - 前記第3内周面は、前記第2内周面側から前記第1内周面側に向けて縮径する傾斜面である、請求項2に記載の鞍乗型車両。
- 前記第2内周面の内径は、前記シールリングの外径よりも大きい又は同一である、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の鞍乗型車両。
- 前記係合部と前記被係合部との間の軸線周りの周方向のクリアランスは、前記ギヤポジションセンサが前記挿入孔の入口側に移動するにつれて増加するように構成されている、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の鞍乗型車両。
- 前記変速機ケースを支持する車体フレームと、
使用時に前記車体フレームが車幅方向一方側に傾斜するように設けられたサイドスタンドと、を更に備え、
前記シフトドラムは、車幅方向に延び、
前記挿入孔は、前記変速機ケースの前記車幅方向一方側の外部に向けて開口している、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の鞍乗型車両。 - 前記係合部は係合ピンであり、前記被係合部は被係合溝であり、
前記被係合溝は、軸線周りの周方向における幅が一定の定幅部と、前記定幅部から前記端面に向けて徐々に拡幅する入口部とを有する、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の鞍乗型車両。 - 前記シールリングのうち前記軸線方向内側の端縁から前記係合部のうち前記軸線方向内側の端縁までの第1距離は、前記シフトドラムの前記端面から前記第1内周面の前記軸線方向外側の端縁までの第2距離よりも長い、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の鞍乗型車両。
