Claims (8)
- 被加熱物を載置する載置皿と、
前記被加熱物と前記載置皿とを収納する加熱室と、
前記加熱室内の左右側壁にそれぞれ対向して形成され前記載置皿を支持する係止部と、
前記載置皿の下面を加熱する第1の加熱装置と、
中央側の平面状発熱体と外周側の平面状発熱体とを含む複数の平面状発熱体が設けられ前記載置皿の上面を加熱する第2の加熱装置と、
前記第1の加熱装置の出力を制御し、前記被加熱物の種類や数量に応じて前記第2の加熱装置の前記複数の発熱体への通電を切り替える制御部と、を備え、
前記制御部により、前記中央側の平面状発熱体と前記外周側の平面状発熱体とをそれぞれ独立して通電でき、
前記第2の加熱装置は、板状の第1の絶縁体及び前記第1の絶縁体よりも前記載置皿側に位置する板状の第2の絶縁体とを有し、前記複数の平面状発熱体は前記第1及び第2の絶縁体に挟まれ、
前記制御部は、前記第1の加熱装置および前記第2の加熱装置への通電を制御して、前記載置皿を挟んで上下方向に対向する領域を加熱し、
前記第2の絶縁体には、前記中央側の平面状発熱体と前記外周側の平面状発熱体の間の隙間に対応させて歪抑制部を設け、
前記歪抑制部は、前記第2の加熱装置の前記複数の平面状発熱体の加熱量の差によって生じる前記第2の絶縁体の内部歪を抑制する加熱調理器。 - 前記第1の加熱装置は、マイクロ波放射指向性を有し前記加熱室にマイクロ波を供給するマイクロ波発生装置と、前記載置皿下面に設けられたマイクロ波吸収発熱体を備え、
前記第2の加熱装置は前記加熱室の上面の上方に配置し、押圧部により前記加熱室上面に押圧された請求項1に記載の加熱調理器。 - 前記歪抑制部はスリットであり、前記複数の平面状発熱体は、前記絶縁体において前記スリットを避けて配置するようにした請求項1に記載の加熱調理器。
- 前記スリットは、前記第2の加熱装置の剛性を低下させるように配置する請求項3に記載
の加熱調理器。 - 前記スリットは、前記第2の加熱装置の前記加熱室上面に平行な平面を中央側の部分と外周側の部分とに区画するように配置された請求項2から4のいずれか1項に記載の加熱調理器。
- 前記スリットは、前記第2の加熱装置の平面を螺旋状に仕切るように配置する請求項4に記載の加熱調理器。
- 前記加熱室にマイクロ波を供給するマイクロ波発生装置と、
前記加熱室を上下に分割するように前記加熱室内に係止され前記被加熱物を載置するとともに下面に前記マイクロ波を吸収するマイクロ波吸収発熱体を設けた載置皿と、
前記加熱室の上面の輻射熱により前記載置皿の上面側を加熱する上面加熱装置と、
前記マイクロ波発生装置と前記第2の加熱装置の運転を制御する制御部とを加え、
前記制御部は、前記被加熱物の種類や数量に応じて前記第2の加熱装置の加熱領域を変更すると同時に前記マイクロ波発生装置の出力を適正に制御する請求項3記載の加熱調理器。 - 加熱室と、
前記加熱室よりも上方に位置する加熱装置であって、板状の第1の絶縁体、前記第1の絶縁体よりも前記加熱室側に位置する板状の第2の絶縁体、及び前記第1及び第2の絶縁体の間に位置する複数の平面状発熱体、を有する加熱装置と、
前記複数の平面状発熱体への通電を切り替える制御部と、を備え、
前記複数の平面状発熱体は、中央側に位置する第1の平面状発熱体と前記第1の平面状発熱体よりも外周側に位置する第2の平面状発熱体とを含み、
前記制御部により、前記中央側の平面状発熱体と前記外周側の平面状発熱体とをそれぞれ独立して通電でき、
前記第1の絶縁体及び前記第2の絶縁体のそれぞれには、前記第1の平面状発熱体と前記第2の平面状発熱体の間の隙間に対応させてスリットが設けられている、
