Description
1−1.インクジェット記録装置の構成例
まず、本発明の実施の形態例(以下、「本例」という。)にかかるインクジェット記録装置の構成例について図1を参照して説明する。
図1は、インクジェット記録装置の全体構成を示す概略構成図である。
図2に示すように、搬送ベルト23は、可撓性を有する平板状のスチール板を複数繋ぎ合わせたスチールベルトにより構成されている。搬送ベルト23におけるスチール板の繋ぎ目29は、幅方向Xと平行に形成されている。そして、図1に示すように、搬送ベルト23は、長手方向の両端が接続された無端状に形成されている。
図2及び図3に示すように、画像読取部8は、搬送ベルト23と対向し、かつ幅方向Xに沿って配置されている。画像読取部8は、第1撮像部31Aと、第2撮像部31Bと、第3撮像部31Cと、を有している。第1撮像部31A、第2撮像部31B及び第3撮像部31Cは、幅方向Xに沿って並べて配置されている。
次に、インクジェット記録装置1の制御系の構成について図4を参照して説明する。
図4は、インクジェット記録装置1の制御系の構成を示すブロック図である。
次に、上述した構成を有するインクジェット記録装置1におけるラインセンサ34A、34B、34Cの傾き補正処理方法の一例について図5及び図6を参照して説明する。
図5は、ラインセンサ34A、34B、34Cの補正処理を示すフローチャート、図6は、補正処理を示す説明図である。
Claims (3)
- 記録媒体を搬送し、かつ平板状の部材を複数繋ぎ無端状に形成された搬送ベルトを有する搬送部と、
前記搬送ベルトで搬送された前記記録媒体に画像を形成する画像形成部と、
前記搬送ベルトに形成された補正マークと、
前記画像形成部よりも前記記録媒体の搬送方向の下流側に配置され、線状の検出面を有するラインセンサと、
前記搬送ベルト、前記画像形成部及び前記ラインセンサを制御する制御部と、を備え、
前記搬送ベルトの繋ぎ目は、搬送方向と直交する幅方向と平行に形成されており、
前記補正マークは、前記搬送ベルトの前記繋ぎ目により形成され、
前記制御部は、前記ラインセンサが読み取った前記補正マークの画像データに基づいて、搬送方向と直交する幅方向に対する前記ラインセンサの前記検出面の傾き角度を算出し、前記傾き角度に基づいて前記ラインセンサの画像データを補正する
インクジェット記録装置。 - 前記搬送ベルトは、スチールベルトである
請求項1に記載のインクジェット記録装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記ラインセンサによって前記補正マークを複数回検出し、検出した値の平均値に基づいて前記ラインセンサの前記検出面の傾き角度を算出する
