Description
実施形態に係る電池パック1について説明する。電池パック1は、例えば、電気車両(EV)、ハイブリッド車両(HEV)、プラグインハイブリッド車両(PHEV)等の車両に搭載される。電池パック1は、例えば、これらの車両のモータ等の駆動源に電力を供給する電源である。電池パック1は、図1、図2、図3、図4、図5に示すように、筐体10と、複数の電池モジュール20と、複数のモジュール用バスバ30と、熱伝導部材50と、放熱部60とを備える。
次に、実施形態の変形例について説明する。電池モジュール20は、複数の電池セル21aを含んで構成される電池集合体21を接続する例について説明したが、これに限定されない。電池モジュール20は、1つの電池セル21aを含んで構成される電池体を接続してもよい。

Claims (5)
- 1つの電池セル又はそれぞれが並列接続される複数の電池セルを含んで構成され正極と負極とが対向する高さ方向に沿って立設される電池体であって前記高さ方向に直交する第1方向に沿って偶数個配列される複数の電池体及び前記第1方向に沿って隣合う前記電池体同士を直列に接続する電池体用バスバを有する複数の電池モジュール、及び、前記第1方向に交差する第2方向に沿って配列された前記複数の電池モジュールにおいて前記第2方向に沿って隣り合う前記電池モジュール同士を直列に接続するモジュール用バスバを含んで構成される電池モジュール群と、
熱伝導性を有し前記第2方向において互いに隣り合う前記複数の電池モジュールの間に設けられる熱伝導部材と、
前記熱伝導部材に伝導された熱を放熱する放熱部と、を備え、
前記モジュール用バスバは、前記電池モジュールの前記高さ方向の一方側に設けられ、
前記熱伝導部材は、前記第2方向において互いに隣り合う前記複数の電池モジュールに接触する接触部、及び、前記電池モジュールの前記モジュール用バスバとは反対側から前記高さ方向に沿って延在し前記放熱部に接続される延在部を含んで構成されることを特徴とする電池パック。 - 熱伝導性を有し前記電池モジュール群及び前記熱伝導部材を収容する筐体を備え、
前記延在部は、前記筐体の内側に当接し、
前記筐体は、前記放熱部として機能する請求項1に記載の電池パック。 - 前記熱伝導部材は、シート状に同形に形成された熱伝導シートを複数含んで構成され、それぞれの前記熱伝導シートが、互いに隣り合う前記複数の電池モジュールの間に設けられる請求項1又は2に記載の電池パック。
- 前記電池体は、前記複数の電池セルが前記第1方向に沿って2列に配列される請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の電池パック。
- 前記モジュール用バスバは、隣り合う前記電池モジュールにおいて一方側の前記電池モジュールに設けられた第1モジュール用バスバ、他方側の前記電池モジュールに設けられ前記第1モジュール用バスバとは異なる第2モジュール用バスバ、及び、前記第1モジュール用バスバ及び前記第2モジュール用バスバを連結する連結部を含んで構成される請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の電池パック。
