Claims (10)
- 表面処理膜を有する振動板部材を備えた液体吐出ヘッドにおいて、
前記振動板部材は、少なくとも白金族金属を含む合金であり、最表面の前記白金族金属の割合が、内部の前記白金族金属の割合よりも高い金属部材である
ことを特徴とする液体吐出ヘッド。 - 前記金属部材の前記最表面は表面から深さ5nmまでの領域である
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液体吐出ヘッド。 - 前記金属部材の前記最表面の前記白金族金属の割合が55%以上である
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の液体吐出ヘッド。 - 前記金属部材の前記白金族金属の割合が、最表面から内部に漸次又は段階的に減少している
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の液体吐出ヘッド。 - 前記金属部材の前記白金族金属がPdである
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の液体吐出ヘッド。 - 前記金属部材は前記白金族金属とNiを含む合金である
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の液体吐出ヘッド。 - 前記金属部材の前記Niの割合は、前記最表面を基準として、前記最表面から深さ10nmにおいて5%以上増加している
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の液体吐出ヘッド。 - 請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載の液体吐出ヘッドを含む
ことを特徴とする液体吐出ユニット。 - 前記液体吐出ヘッドに供給する液体を貯留するヘッドタンク、前記液体吐出ヘッドを搭載するキャリッジ、前記液体吐出ヘッドに液体を供給する供給機構、前記液体吐出ヘッドの維持回復を行う維持回復機構、前記液体吐出ヘッドを主走査方向に移動させる主走査移 動機構の少なくともいずれか一つと前記液体吐出ヘッドとを一体化した
ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の液体吐出ユニット。 - 請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載の液体吐出ヘッド、又は、請求項8若しくは9に記載の液体吐出ユニットを備えていることを特徴とする液体を吐出する装置。
