Description
1.木質基材上にコルクシート及び化粧シートが順に積層されている化粧材であって、
(1)前記化粧シートの厚さが0.20mm超過0.50mm以下であり、
(2)前記コルクシートは、密度が0.3g/cm3超過0.5g/cm3以下であり、厚さが1.0mm以上3.0mm以下であり、マルテンス硬さが1.8N/mm 2 以上3.8N/mm 2 以下であり、
(3)前記化粧シートは、少なくともバッカー層、基材シート、透明性樹脂層及び透明性表面保護層を有し、前記バッカー層のマルテンス硬さが10N/mm2以上250N/mm2以下であり、
(4)前記バッカー層のマルテンス硬さ(N/mm2)に、前記バッカー層の厚み(mm)の二乗を掛けた値が0.3N以上20.0N以下であり、
(5)圧縮試験装置を使用し、前記化粧シート側から直径10mmの円筒型治具を一定速度で押圧することにより化粧材を圧縮した際の荷重100N時における変位量が100μm以上である、
ことを特徴とする化粧材。
2.前記木質基材は、中密度木質繊維板、高密度木質繊維板、パーティクルボード、針葉樹合板、広葉樹合板及び早成樹合板からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種である、上記項1に記載の化粧材。
3.前記コルクシートは、厚さが1.0mm以上3.0mm未満である、上記項1又は2に記載の化粧材。
4.木質基材上にコルクシート及び化粧シートが順に積層されている化粧材であって、
(1)前記化粧シートは、厚さが0.20mm超過0.50mm以下であり、少なくともバッカー層、基材シート、透明性樹脂層及び透明性表面保護層を有し、前記バッカー層のマルテンス硬さが10N/mm2以上250N/mm2以下であり、
(2)前記コルクシートは、密度が0.3g/cm3超過0.5g/cm3以下であり、厚さが1.0mm以上3.0mm未満であり、マルテンス硬さが1.8N/mm2以上3.8N/mm2以下であり、
(3)前記木質基材は、密度0.40g/cm3以上1.00g/cm3以下である、
上記項1又は2に記載の化粧材。
5.前記化粧シートは、最表層が電離放射線硬化型樹脂層である、上記項1〜4のいずれかに記載の化粧材。
6.前記化粧材の厚さが6mm以上20mm以下である、上記項1〜5のいずれかに記載の化粧材。
7.床用化粧材である、上記項1〜6のいずれかに記載の化粧材。
木質基材1としては限定的ではないが、例えば、中密度木質繊維板(MDF)、高密度木質繊維板(HDF)、パーティクルボード(PB)、針葉樹合板、広葉樹合板、早成樹合板等の少なくとも1種が挙げられる。ここで、針葉樹としては、例えば、椴松、唐松、蝦夷松、杉、ヒノキ、パイン、セコイヤ、トウヒ等が挙げられる。広葉樹としては、例えば、ラワン、シナ、カバ、セン、ブナ、ナラ、メランチ等が挙げられる。また、早成樹としては、ポプラ、ファルカタ、アカシア、カメレレ、ユーカリ、ターミナリア等が挙げられる。
コルクシート2としては、本発明の化粧材に良好な歩行感を与えることができるものであれば特に限定されず、種々の市販品を用いることができる。
化粧シート3としては、厚さが0.20mm超過0.50mm以下である限りその他の要件は特に限定されない。厚さは0.20mm超過0.45mm以下が好ましく、0.30mm以上0.45mm以下がより好ましい。
基材シートは、その表面(おもて面)には絵柄模様層等が順次積層される。
絵柄層は、化粧シート3に所望の絵柄(意匠)を付与するものであり、絵柄の種類等は限定的ではない。例えば、木目模様、石目模様、砂目模様、タイル貼模様、煉瓦積模様、布目模様、皮絞模様、幾何学図形、文字、記号、抽象模様等が挙げられる。
接着剤層は、絵柄層と透明性樹脂層との間に存在する。接着剤層で使用する接着剤は、絵柄層又は透明性樹脂層を構成する成分等に応じて適宜選択することができる。例えば、ポリウレタン系樹脂、ポリアクリル系樹脂、ポリカーボネート系樹脂、エポキシ系樹脂等を含む各種接着剤を使用できる。また、反応硬化タイプのほか、ホットメルトタイプ、電離放射線硬化タイプ、紫外線硬化タイプ等の接着剤でもよい。
透明性樹脂層は透明である限り着色されていてもよく、絵柄層が視認できる範囲内で半透明であってもよい。
透明性樹脂層の上には、透明性表面保護層が形成されている。透明性表面保護層は限定的ではないが、樹脂成分として電離放射線硬化型樹脂又は2液硬化型ウレタン系樹脂を含有することが好ましい。実質的には、これらの樹脂から形成されているものが好ましい。電離放射線硬化型樹脂又は2液硬化型ウレタン系樹脂により透明性表面保護層を形成する場合には、化粧シート3の耐摩性、耐衝撃性、耐汚染性、耐擦傷性、耐候性等を高め易い。本発明では、これらの中でも最表層が電離放射線硬化型樹脂層であることが好ましい。
化粧シート中間体は、透明性表面保護層側からエンボス加工が施されていてもよい。
化粧シート3は、基材シートの裏面側にいわゆるバッカー層(合成樹脂層)を設けることができる。バッカー層とは、化粧シート3の一部として任意に設けることができ、化粧シート3に緩衝性を付与する比較的厚みのある合成樹脂層である。バッカー層を設ける場合には、化粧シート3は、少なくともバッカー層、基材シート、透明性樹脂層及び透明性表面保護層を有する層構成とすることが好ましい。
上記説明した化粧シート3としては、厚さが0.20mm超過0.50mm以下であればよく、その中でも厚さが0.20mm超過0.45mm以下であることが好ましく、0.30mm以上0.45mm以下がより好ましい。
本発明の化粧材は、木質基材1、コルクシート2及び化粧シート3を、それぞれ接着剤を介して積層することにより作製することができる。化粧材の厚さは限定的ではないが、6mm以上20mm以下が好ましく、10mm以上15mm以下がより好ましい。
・圧縮試験機(株式会社エー・アンド・デイ製圧縮・引張試験機、型番:RTC-1250A、LOAD CELL:UR-1KN-D)
・測定サンプル形状:縦4cm×横4cm
・圧縮速度:10mm/分
・円筒型治具:直径10mmの円筒状先端形状治具。
基材シートである厚さ0.06mmの着色ポリプロピレンシートに絵柄印刷層をグラビア印刷により形成した。
(接着剤配合比:BA−10L接着剤配合…BA−10L:BA−11B=100:2.5(ジャパンコーティングレジン株式会社製))
実施例2〜16及び比較例1〜7(化粧材の作製)
実施例1において各種要件を下記表1に示す通りに変更した以外は、実施例1と同様にして化粧材を作製した。
≪外観観察≫
化粧材作製後(直後)、化粧シート表面におけるコルクシートのゆず肌状の凹凸の有無を確認した。
1…甚大なゆず肌状の凹凸が認められた
2…1と3の中間
3…許容範囲の僅かなゆず肌状の凹凸が認められた
4…許容範囲のごく僅かなゆず肌状の凹凸が認められた
5…ゆず肌状の凹凸が認められない。
耐熱試験は、温度60℃のオーブン内で1週間放置後、化粧シート表面におけるコルクシートのゆず肌状の凹凸の有無を確認した。
湿熱試験は、温度40℃、湿度90%RHで1週間放置後、化粧シート表面におけるコルクシートのゆず肌状の凹凸の有無を確認した。
各化粧材の耐傷性能評価を、鉛筆硬度試験機を用いて行った。試験機が水平位置のときに鉛筆の先に対して750gの荷重を与えるように試験機を設定した以外は、JIS K5600−5−4に準拠して試験を行った。具体的には、芯硬度が柔らかいものから順に6B、5B、4B、3B、2B、B、HB、F、H、2H、3H、4H、5H、6Hの芯を有する鉛筆を使用して試験を行った。
圧縮試験装置を使用し、化粧シート側から直径10mmの円筒型治具を一定速度で押圧することにより化粧材を圧縮した際の荷重100N時における変位量を測定した。かかる変位量は100μm以上であることが好ましい。
A…椴松合板(密度:0.42g/m3)、
B…パーティクルボード(密度:0.75g/m3)、
C…ラワン合板(密度:0.55g/m3)、
D…高密度繊維板(密度:0.82g/m3)をそれぞれ意味する。〕
実施例18及び19(化粧材の作製)
コルクシートの密度を0.4g/cm3から0.3g/cm3に変えた以外は実施例3と同様にして実施例18の化粧材を作製した。
実施例18及び19で作製した化粧材について、試験例1と同様に外観観察、環境試験1(耐熱)、環境試験2(湿熱)、鉛筆硬度及び柔らかさ(歩行感)の試験を行った。
JIS K 5600−5−3に記載されるデュポン式(半径6.35mmの撃ち型、500g質量のおもり、衝撃変形試験器)にて試験を行った。
1…甚大な凹みが認められた。もしくは化粧シートの割れが認められた。
2…凹みに関して1と3の間の評価
3…凹みが認められた
4…凹みに関して3と5の間の評価
5…軽微な凹みが認められた
各試験の評価結果を下記表2に示す。

Claims (7)
- 木質基材上にコルクシート及び化粧シートが順に積層されている化粧材であって、
(1)前記化粧シートの厚さが0.20mm超過0.50mm以下であり、
(2)前記コルクシートは、密度が0.3g/cm3超過0.5g/cm3以下であり、厚さが1.0mm以上3.0mm以下であり、マルテンス硬さが1.8N/mm 2 以上3.8N/mm 2 以下であり、
(3)前記化粧シートは、少なくともバッカー層、基材シート、透明性樹脂層及び透明性表面保護層を有し、前記バッカー層のマルテンス硬さが10N/mm2以上250N/mm2以下であり、
(4)前記バッカー層のマルテンス硬さ(N/mm2)に、前記バッカー層の厚み(mm)の二乗を掛けた値が0.3N以上20.0N以下であり、
(5)圧縮試験装置を使用し、前記化粧シート側から直径10mmの円筒型治具を一定速度で押圧することにより化粧材を圧縮した際の荷重100N時における変位量が100μm以上である、
ことを特徴とする化粧材。 - 前記木質基材は、中密度木質繊維板、高密度木質繊維板、パーティクルボード、針葉樹合板、広葉樹合板及び早成樹合板からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種である、請求項1に記載の化粧材。
- 前記コルクシートは、厚さが1.0mm以上3.0mm未満である、請求項1又は2に記載の化粧材。
- 木質基材上にコルクシート及び化粧シートが順に積層されている化粧材であって、
(1)前記化粧シートは、厚さが0.20mm超過0.50mm以下であり、少なくともバッカー層、基材シート、透明性樹脂層及び透明性表面保護層を有し、前記バッカー層のマルテンス硬さが10N/mm2以上250N/mm2以下であり、
(2)前記コルクシートは、密度が0.3g/cm3超過0.5g/cm3以下であり、厚さが1.0mm以上3.0mm未満であり、マルテンス硬さが1.8N/mm2以上3.8N/mm2以下であり、
(3)前記木質基材は、密度0.40g/cm3以上1.00g/cm3以下である、
請求項1又は2に記載の化粧材。 - 前記化粧シートは、最表層が電離放射線硬化型樹脂層である、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の化粧材。
- 前記化粧材の厚さが6mm以上20mm以下である、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の化粧材。
- 床用化粧材である、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の化粧材。
