Description
この際、第1の層成形体用の原料粉末は、第2の層成形体用の原料粉末よりも、希土類元素であるGdO1.5やSmO1.5の量が多くなるように調製する。湿式解砕は溶媒を用いて例えばボールミルにて10〜20時間解砕する。
まず、平均粒径0.5μmのNiO粉末と、平均粒径2.0μmのY2O3粉末を混合し、有機バインダーと溶媒にて作製した坏土を押出成形法にて成形し、乾燥、脱脂して導電性の支持体成形体を作製した。支持体成形体は、還元後における体積比率が、NiOが48体積%、Y2O3が52体積%であった。
(実施例2)
実施例1に示した方法と同じ方法にて作製された積層成形体を準備した。
(実施例3)
実施例1に示した方法と同じ方法にてセルを作製した。その際、第1の層の厚みが中間層全体の厚みの1/60、1/50、1/10、1/2、2/3としたセルをそれぞれ1つずつ準備した。
(比較例)
比較例1として、実施例1に示した方法と同じ方法にてセルを作製した。その際、固体電解質層の表面に、第1の層を設けずに、第2の層を直接形成した。それ以外は実施例1と同様に作製した。
(評価方法)
実施例1のセル、実施例2のセル、実施例3のセルをそれぞれ5本用意し、試料No1〜5を実施例1とし、試料No6〜10を実施例2とし、試料No11〜15を実施例3とした。また、比較例1のセルを2本用意し、試料No16、17とした。さらに比較例2のセルを3本用意し、試料No18〜20とした。

Claims (8)
- Zrを含有する固体電解質層の一方側の表面上に、希土類元素(Ceを除く)が固溶したCeO2を含有する中間層と第1電極層とをこの順に備えるとともに、前記固体電解質層の前記一方側の表面と対向する他方側の表面上に第2電極層を備え、
前記第1電極層は、LaMnO3系酸化物、LaFeO3系酸化物、LaCoO3系酸化物の少なくとも1種からなり、
前記中間層は、前記固体電解質層側に位置する第1の層と、該第1の層上に設けられて前記第1電極層側に位置する第2の層とを備えており、
前記第1層及び前記第2層の各層中における、固溶元素を含むCeO 2 の質量を分母とし、CeO 2 に固溶した前記希土類元素(Ceを除く)の質量を分子とした、前記希土類元素(Ceを除く)の合計の質量濃度は、前記第1の層において、前記第2の層の1.05倍以上であるセル。 - 前記第1の層は、前記第2の層よりも緻密質である請求項1に記載のセル。
- 前記第1の層の前記希土類元素(Ceを除く)の合計の質量濃度は、前記第2の層の前記希土類元素(Ceを除く)の合計の質量濃度の3倍以下である請求項1または請求項2に記載のセル。
- 前記第1の層の厚みは、前記中間層全体の厚みの1/50以上1/2以下である請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれかに記載のセル。
- 前記第1の層は、前記希土類元素(Ceを除く)が固溶したCeO2粒子が、前記中間層の厚み方向と直交する方向の長さ/前記中間層の厚み方向の長さが1.0より大きい扁平状の粒子を含む請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれかに記載のセル。
- 請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれかに記載のセルを複数具備してなるとともに、該複数のセルを電気的に接続してなるセルスタック装置。
- 請求項6に記載のセルスタック装置を収納容器内に収納してなるモジュール。
- 請求項7に記載のモジュールと、該モジュールを作動させるための補機とを、外装ケース内に収納してなるモジュール収納装置。
