Description
まず、図1等を参照して、本発明の第1の実施の形態に係るテキスタイル用伸縮性配線テープ、ウェアラブルデバイス及び配線付きテキスタイルの製造方法について詳細に説明する。
この第1の実施の形態の効果について説明する。第1の実施の形態の配線テープ3は、伸縮性配線11が絶縁性伸縮フィルム12の長手方向に沿って形成され、絶縁性伸縮フィルム12の短手方向の幅は、伸縮性配線11の保護が可能な程度の幅、例えば5〜20mm程度に設定され得る。配線テープ3はこのような寸法を有しているため、基材1上において、所望の配線レイアウトに従って配線を形成させることができる。
次に、本発明の第2の実施の形態に係る配線テープ3を、図9を参照して説明する。この配線テープ3は、伸縮性配線11の配列が第1の実施の形態とは異なっている。この配線テープ3を、基材1に接着することで、第1の実施の形態と同様のウェアラブルデバイスを製造することができる。
次に、本発明の第3の実施の形態に係る配線テープ3を、図10を参照して説明する。この配線テープ3は、伸縮性配線11の配列が前述の実施の形態とは異なっている。この配線テープ3を、基材1に接着することで、第1や第2の実施の形態と同様のウェアラブルデバイスを製造することができる。
次に、本発明の第4の実施の形態に係る配線テープ3を、図11を参照して説明する。この配線テープ3は、伸縮性配線11の配列が第1の実施の形態とは異なっている。この配線テープ3を、基材1に接着することで、第1の実施の形態と同様のウェアラブルデバイスを製造することができる。
Claims (10)
- 複数本の伸縮性導電配線と、
少なくとも1本の伸縮性非導電性線材と、
第1の面、及び前記第1の面とは反対側の第2の面を有し、前記第1の面において前記伸縮性導電配線の両側から接着層を介して貼合されたテープ状の絶縁性伸縮フィルムと
を備え、
前記伸縮性導電配線と前記伸縮性非導電性線材を交互に配置した
ことを特徴とするテキスタイル用伸縮性配線テープ。 - 前記絶縁性伸縮フィルムの前記第2の面に形成された熱溶融型の接着層を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のテキスタイル用伸縮性配線テープ。
- 前記伸縮性導電配線は、伸縮性の芯材と、前記芯材の周囲に巻き付けられた少なくとも1本の導電性線材とを備える、請求項1に記載のテキスタイル用伸縮性配線テープ。
- 前記伸縮性導電配線は、伸縮性の絶縁基材と、前記絶縁基材を上下に貫通するように形成された導電性線材を備える、請求項1に記載のテキスタイル用伸縮性配線テープ。
- 互いに接触することなく略平行に配置された複数本の前記伸縮性導電配線を備えた、請求項1に記載のテキスタイル用伸縮性配線テープ。
- 前記伸縮性導電配線が略1.27mmピッチまたは略2.54mmピッチで配列された、請求項5に記載のテキスタイル用伸縮性配線テープ。
- 前記絶縁性伸縮フィルムは、長手方向に数十cm以上の長さを有し、短手方向に5〜20mm程度の長さを有する、請求項1に記載の伸縮性配線テープ。
- 基材上に接着された伸縮性導電配線テープと、前記伸縮性導電配線テープと接続された複数のセンサと
を備えるウェアラブルデバイスであって、
前記伸縮性導電配線テープは、
複数本の伸縮性導電配線と、
少なくとも1本の伸縮性非導電性線材と、
第1の面、及び前記第1の面とは反対側の第2の面を有し、前記第1の面において前記伸縮性導電配線の両側から接着層を介して貼合されたテープ状の絶縁性伸縮フィルムと
を備え、
前記伸縮性導電配線と前記伸縮性非導電性線材を交互に配置した
ことを特徴とする、ウェアラブルデバイス。 - 複数本の伸縮性導電配線と、
少なくとも1本の伸縮性非導電性線材と、
第1の面、及び前記第1の面とは反対側の第2の面を有し、前記第1の面において前記伸縮性導電配線の両側から接着層を介して貼合されたテープ状の絶縁性伸縮フィルムと
を備えた伸縮性配線テープを、基材に対し、熱溶融型の接着層を溶融させることにより接着させ、
前記伸縮性導電配線と前記伸縮性非導電性線材とは交互に配置される、配線付きテキスタイルの製造方法。 - 少なくとも一つの熱ヘッドと少なくとも一つの搬送機構を有する熱溶融機を用いて熱溶融させる、請求項9に記載の配線付きテキスタイルの製造方法。
