Claims (11)
- 表面に圧縮応力層を有し、表面からの深さ7μmにおける平均圧縮応力値が680MPa以上、表面からの深さ16μmにおける平均圧縮応力値が441MPa以下、且つ表面からの深さ7〜16μmにおける平均圧縮応力値が350MPa以上であることを特徴とする化学強化ガラス。
- 表面からの深さ12μmにおける圧縮応力値が350MPa以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の化学強化ガラス。
- 表面からの深さ16μmにおける圧縮応力値が250MPa以上であることを特徴とする請求項請求項1又は2に記載の化学強化ガラス。
- 表面からの深さ方向における圧縮応力曲線が屈曲していることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れかに記載の化学強化ガラス。
- ガラス組成として、質量%で、SiO2 40〜80%、Al2O3 5〜30%、Li2O 0〜5%、Na2O 5〜25%を含有することを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れかに記載の化学強化ガラス。
- 液相粘度が104.0dPa・s以上であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れかに記載の化学強化ガラス。
- 高温粘度104.0dPa・sにおける温度が1300℃以下であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れかに記載の化学強化ガラス。
- 30〜380℃の温度範囲における熱膨張係数が95×10−7/℃以下であることを特徴とする請求項1〜7の何れかに記載の化学強化ガラス。
- 平板形状であることを特徴とする請求項1〜8の何れかに記載の化学強化ガラス。
- 厚みが0.1〜2.0mmであり、応力深さが10μm以上であることを特徴とする請求項1〜9の何れかに記載の化学強化ガラス。
- タッチパネルディスプレイのカバーガラスに用いることを特徴とする請求項1〜10の何れかに記載の化学強化ガラス。
