Description
焼入加熱室に中性ガス又は不活性ガスを供給するように構成されたガス供給部と、
少なくとも一部がグラファイト系材料製である前記焼入加熱室の内部構造物と
を備えた熱処理炉
を提供する。

に着目して、(3)式を用いてCO分圧と絶対温度に基づいてΔG0を算出することができる。この場合、P(CO)はCO分圧であり、Tは絶対温度であり、Rは気体定数である。また、ΔG0(2)は関係式[ΔG0(2)=−221000−179.6T(J・mol−1)]から求まる値である。

Claims (9)
- 焼入加熱室と、該焼入加熱室の下流側かつ該焼入加熱室よりも鉛直方向下方側に位置している焼入槽とを備えた熱処理炉において、
前記焼入加熱室に中性ガス又は不活性ガスを供給するように構成されたガス供給部と、
少なくとも一部がグラファイト系材料製である前記焼入加熱室の内部構造物と、
前記焼入加熱室と前記焼入槽との間に該焼入槽の冷媒で流体カーテンを形成するように構成された流体カーテン形成部であって、該流体カーテン形成部は、前記焼入槽の冷媒を汲み出して前記流体カーテンを形成するとともに前記流体カーテンに使われた冷媒が前記焼入槽に戻るように構成されていて、該流体カーテン形成部は、前記焼入層の冷媒を汲み出す流路であって前記焼入加熱室と前記焼入槽とを連通させるシュートの位置に設けられた冷媒供給口を有する流路に設けられているポンプと、前記冷媒供給口から出た冷媒の流れを整えて前記流体カーテンを形成するように設けられている整流部材とを備えている、流体カーテン形成部と
を備えた熱処理炉。 - 前記焼入加熱室においては、被処理物が搬送される空間を加熱手段から隔てるようにグラファイト系材料製マッフルが設けられている、
請求項1に記載の熱処理炉。 - 前記焼入加熱室内に被処理物を搬送するベルトは、グラファイト系材料製である、
請求項1又は2に記載の熱処理炉。 - 前記焼入加熱室の下流側の前記焼入槽への被処理物の落下空間の少なくとも一部を区画形成するマッフルは、グラファイト系材料以外の材料であって所定レベル以上の耐酸化性能を有する材料で作製されている、
請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の熱処理炉。 - 前記整流部材は、凹湾曲面を備える、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の熱処理炉。
- 前記流体カーテンを受け入れるように前記シュートに開口するように設けられた流体受入部であって、前記焼入槽とつながる、流体受入部
を更に備えている、
請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の熱処理炉。 - 前記流体受入部は、泡抑制部を備える、
請求項6に記載の熱処理炉。 - 前記焼入加熱室の下流側の前記焼入槽への被処理物の落下空間における冷媒を処理するように構成された処理装置を更に備える、
請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の熱処理炉。 - 前記冷媒は油である、
