Abstract
PURPOSE:To eliminate the slack of a positive mixture by packing the mixture into a zinc can, inserting a carbon bar into the mixture after a brim paper is placed on the mixture, and re-pressing the mixture through the brim paper with compressed air after the opening end of the zinc can is sealed. CONSTITUTION:A positive mixture 5 is inserted into a zinc can 1 which is provided with a separating paper 2 on its inner side wall and a bottom paper 3 on its inner bottom surface.
