Description
本発明に係る平型剛体配線には、長手方向の任意の位置に折り曲げ可能な折り曲げ部が設けられている。平型剛体配線を折り曲げ部で折り曲げることができるため、運搬時や車両内部への持ち込み時における平型剛体配線の取り回し性を向上させることができる。
以下、本実施形態に係る平型剛体配線1について図1〜図3を用いて説明する。図1は、本実施形態に係る平型剛体配線1の斜視図であり、図2は、図1に係る平型剛体配線1において説明を容易にするために被覆部材11を除いて表した平型剛体配線1の斜視図であり、図3は、図2に係る平型剛体配線1の分解斜視図である。
本実施形態に係る平型剛体配線1を搭載した車両100の構成について図4及び図5を用いて説明する。図4は、平型剛体配線1を搭載した車両100の車両内部側におけるロッカー101とセンターピラー102との連結部分近傍を示す模式図であり、図5は、図4のA−A線に沿って平型剛体配線の延伸方向から見た断面模式図である。
本実施形態に係る平型剛体配線1は、金属配線2の長手方向の任意の位置に設けられた折り曲げ部3で折り曲げることができる。そのため、運搬時や車両内部への搭載時における取り回し性を向上させることができる。

Claims (3)
- 帯状の第1の平型配線と、前記第1の平型配線に電気的に接続される帯状の第2の平型配線とを含む、剛体からなる平型の金属配線を備え、
前記金属配線の長手方向の任意の位置に折り曲げ可能であり、前記第1の平型配線の長手方向の一端と前記第2の平型配線の長手方向の一端とで構成されるヒンジ構造からなる折り曲げ部が設けられ、
前記金属配線は、前記第1の平型配線の長手方向の一端と前記第2の平型配線の長手方向の一端とを接続する芯材を含んでおり、
前記第1の平型配線及び前記第2の平型配線のそれぞれの前記一端には、前記芯材が挿入される軸筒部と、バネ部とが設けられており、
前記第1の平型配線の前記バネ部が所定の接触圧力で前記第2の平型配線の前記軸筒部に接触すると共に、前記第2の平型配線の前記バネ部が所定の接触圧力で前記第1の平型配線の前記軸筒部に接触する、平型剛体配線。 - 前記第1の平型配線と前記第2の平型配線との接続部分が、可撓性及び絶縁性を有する材料からなる被覆部材で覆われている、請求項1に記載の平型剛体配線。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の平型剛体配線を搭載した車両であって、
前記平型剛体配線は、前記折り曲げ部において折り曲げられずに略一直線状に延びた状態で前記車両内部においてロッカーに沿って配置され、
前記折り曲げ部が、前記ロッカーとセンターピラーとの連結部分に配置されている、車両。
