Claims (5)
- 環状に湾曲されてなりホース外周に配置されるクランプ本体を有し、該クランプ本体の一端部に、周方向に沿って延びるスリットを有すると共に、半径方向外方に向けて屈曲した第1ツマミ片が形成され、前記クランプ本体の他端部に、前記スリットに挿入されると共に、半径方向外方に向けて屈曲し、前記第1ツマミ片に対向して配置される第2ツマミ片が形成され、前記一対のツマミ片が離反した状態で、前記クランプ本体が縮径した自由状態となり、前記一対のツマミ片を近接させたときに、弾性力に抗して前記クランプ本体が拡径する、クランプと、
前記一対のツマミ片が近接した状態で挿入され、前記クランプ本体を拡径した状態に保持する保持溝、及び把持部を設けたホルダーとを備え、
前記保持溝は、前記クランプ本体の軸方向に交差する方向に開口し、前記一対のツマミ片が挿入される挿入開口と、前記クランプ本体の軸方向の、少なくとも一端側が開口する側方開口とを有しており、
前記保持溝の対向する内面の少なくとも一方には、前記保持溝に前記一対のツマミ片が挿入された状態で、前記第1ツマミ片に位置する前記スリット内に配置される凸部が設けられており、
前記凸部は、前記ホルダーを前記保持溝の挿入開口側及び側方開口側から見たときに、前記保持溝の対向する両内面に、線対称となるように一対設けられていることを特徴とするホースクランプ。 - 環状に湾曲されてなりホース外周に配置されるクランプ本体を有し、該クランプ本体の一端部に、周方向に沿って延びるスリットを有すると共に、半径方向外方に向けて屈曲した第1ツマミ片が形成され、前記クランプ本体の他端部に、前記スリットに挿入されると共に、半径方向外方に向けて屈曲し、前記第1ツマミ片に対向して配置される第2ツマミ片が形成され、前記一対のツマミ片が離反した状態で、前記クランプ本体が縮径した自由状態となり、前記一対のツマミ片を近接させたときに、弾性力に抗して前記クランプ本体が拡径する、クランプと、
前記一対のツマミ片が近接した状態で挿入され、前記クランプ本体を拡径した状態に保持する保持溝、及び把持部を設けたホルダーとを備え、
前記保持溝は、前記クランプ本体の軸方向に交差する方向に開口し、前記一対のツマミ片が挿入される挿入開口と、前記クランプ本体の軸方向の、少なくとも一端側が開口する側方開口とを有しており、
前記保持溝の対向する内面の少なくとも一方には、前記保持溝に前記一対のツマミ片が挿入された状態で、前記第1ツマミ片に位置する前記スリット内に配置される凸部が設けられており、
前記保持溝の対向する内面の一方に、前記第1ツマミ片に位置するスリット内に配置される、前記凸部が設けられ、この凸部の、前記側方開口と対向する側面が、前記第1ツマミ片に位置するスリットの内周に当接可能とされており、
前記保持溝の対向する内面の他方に、前記第2ツマミ片の一側面に当接可能とされた、当接凸部が設けられていることを特徴とするホースクランプ。 - 前記凸部の、前記側方開口と対向する側面が、前記第1ツマミ片に位置するスリットの内周に当接可能とされており、前記保持溝の側方開口からの、前記一対のツマミ片の抜け外れが規制されるように構成されている請求項1又は2記載のホースクランプ。
- 前記凸部は、前記保持溝の挿入開口に至る長さで延びている請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載のホースクランプ。
- 前記把持部は、前記一対のツマミ片の、前記クランプ本体に対する屈曲方向に、交差する方向となるように延びている請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載のホースクランプ。
