Description
缶、ボトル缶の缶胴となる底付円筒体の内面を塗装する缶内面塗装装置であって、
円周方向に等間隔で配され、前記底付円筒体を当該底付円筒体の軸心回りに回転させながら保持する複数の塗装用ポケットを有し、間欠回転する塗装用タレットと、
前記塗装用タレットの間欠回転により前記塗装用ポケットが停止するいずれかの位置に対応して設置され、当該位置に停止中の前記塗装用ポケットが保持する前記底付円筒体の内面に塗料を吹き付けるスプレー手段と、
円周方向に等間隔で配され、前記底付円筒体を保持する複数の検査用ポケットを有し、間欠回転する検査用タレットと、
前記スプレー手段よりも上方に配置され、前記検査用タレットの間欠回転により前記検査用ポケットが停止するいずれかの位置で、当該位置に停止中の前記検査用ポケットが保持する前記底付円筒体を検査する検査手段と、
前記スプレー手段による塗装後の前記円筒体を前記塗装用ポケットから取得して、当該底付円筒体を、前記検査用タレットの間欠回転により前記検査手段に向かう前記検査用ポケットに保持させる中継手段と、
前記スプレー手段を含む塗装エリアおよび前記検査手段を含む検査エリアを覆うカバーと、
前記検査エリアの上部から前記カバー内に給気して、前記塗装エリアの下部から前記カバー外へ排気することにより、前記検査エリアの上部から前記塗装エリアの下部へ向かう気流を前記カバー内に形成する給排気手段と、を備える。
Claims (4)
- 缶、ボトル缶の缶胴となる底付円筒体の内面を塗装する缶内面塗装装置であって、
円周方向に等間隔で配され、前記底付円筒体を当該底付円筒体の軸心回りに回転させながら保持する複数の塗装用ポケットを有し、間欠回転する塗装用タレットと、
前記塗装用タレットの間欠回転により前記塗装用ポケットが停止するいずれかの位置に対応して設置され、当該位置に停止中の前記塗装用ポケットが保持する前記底付円筒体の内面に塗料を吹き付けるスプレー手段と、
円周方向に等間隔で配され、前記底付円筒体を保持する複数の検査用ポケットを有し、間欠回転する検査用タレットと、
前記スプレー手段よりも上方の位置に配置され、前記検査用タレットの間欠回転により前記検査用ポケットが停止するいずれかの位置で、当該位置に停止中の前記検査用ポケットが保持する前記底付円筒体を検査する検査手段と、
前記スプレー手段よる塗装後の前記円筒体を前記塗装用ポケットから取得して、当該底付円筒体を、前記検査用タレットの間欠回転により前記検査手段に向かう前記検査用ポケットに保持させる中継手段と、
前記スプレー手段を含む塗装エリアおよび前記検査手段を含む検査エリアを覆うカバーと、
前記検査エリアの上部から前記カバー内に給気して、前記塗装エリアの下部から前記カバー外へ排気することにより、前記検査エリアの上部から前記塗装エリアの下部へ向かう気流を前記カバー内に形成する給排気手段と、を備える
ことを特徴とする缶内面塗装装置。 - 請求項1に記載の缶内面塗装装置であって、
前記塗装エリアから前記検査エリアへの前記底付円筒体の移動経路を確保しつつ、前記カバーで覆われた前記塗装エリアおよび前記検査エリアの間を仕切る第一の仕切板をさらに有する
ことを特徴とする缶内面塗装装置。 - 請求項1または2に記載の缶内面塗装装置であって、
前記底付円筒体を保持するボトム塗装用ポケットを有し、前記検査用タレットよりも下方に設置され、間欠回転するボトム塗装用タレットと、
前記検査手段よりも下方において、前記ボトム塗装用タレットの間欠回転により前記ボトム塗装用ポケットが停止するいずれかの位置に対応して設置され、当該位置に停止中の前記ボトム塗装用ポケットが保持する前記底付円筒体の底部外面に塗料を吹き付けるボトムスプレー手段と、をさらに有し、
前記ボトム塗装用ポケットは、
前記検査手段による検査後の前記底付円筒体を前記検査用ポケットから取得し、
前記カバーは、
前記スプレー手段を含む塗装エリアおよび前記検査手段を含む検査エリアに加えて、前記ボトムスプレー手段を含むボトム塗装エリアを覆い、
前記給排気手段は、
前記検査エリアの上部から前記カバー内に給気して、前記塗装エリアの下部および前記ボトム塗装エリアそれぞれの下部から前記カバー外へ排気することにより、前記検査エリアの上部から前記塗装エリアおよび前記ボトム塗装エリアそれぞれの下部へ向かう気流を前記カバー内に形成する
ことを特徴とする缶内面塗装装置。 - 請求項3に記載の缶内面塗装装置であって、
前記検査エリアから前記ボトム塗装エリアへの前記底付円筒体の移動経路を確保しつつ、前記カバーで覆われた前記検査エリアおよび前記ボトム塗装エリアの間を仕切る第二の仕切板をさらに有する
ことを特徴とする缶内面塗装装置。
