Claims (5)
- レーザーダイオード光源;および
基板、前記基板の一面に配置される蛍光体プレート、および、前記基板と前記蛍光体プレートとの間に配置されるガラスペースト層を含み、前記レーザーダイオード光源の上部に配置される蛍光体プレートパッケージ;
を備える、車両用ヘッドランプであって、
前記ガラスペースト層の厚さは5〜10mmであり、
前記ガラスペースト層は、バインダー樹脂、および、ガラスフリットを含み、
前記バインダー樹脂は、メチルシリコン樹脂である、
前記車両用ヘッドランプ。 - 前記ガラスフリットは、前記蛍光体プレートに含まれるガラスフリットと同じ組成である、
請求項1に記載の車両用ヘッドランプ。 - 前記バインダー樹脂は、エチル(Ethyl)系、ブチル(Butyl)系、メチル(Methyl)系のうち選択された1種以上を含む、請求項1乃至2のいずれか1項に記載の車両用ヘッドランプ。
- 前記ガラスフリットの含量は、ガラスペースト層全体重量部を基準として30〜70wt%である、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の車両用ヘッドランプ。
- 前記ガラスフリットは、B2O3−SiO2系、BaO−B2O3−SiO2系またはZnO−B2O3−SiO2系のうち選択された1種以上の物質を含む、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の車両用ヘッドランプ。
