Description
前記弁体とともにパイロット室を形成するボンネットをさらに備え、
前記弁体は、前記弁室内に設けられた弁座に対して着座又は離間する方向に変位する弁本体部と、前記ボディと前記ボンネットとの間に設けられたダイヤフラム部とを有し、
前記ボンネットに前記ダイヤフラム部に対し変位自在な当接部材を有し、前記当接部材が前記弁体に当接することで、前記弁体の変位を規制する変位量規制手段が設けられているバルブが提供される。

Claims (3)
- 圧力流体が供給される入口ポートと、前記圧力流体が排出される出口ポートと、前記入口ポート及び前記出口ポートとの間に設けられる弁室とを備えたボディと、前記弁室に配設されて前記入口ポートと前記出口ポートを連通と連通遮断をする弁体とを備えるバルブにおいて、
前記弁体とともにパイロット室を形成するボンネットをさらに備え、
前記弁体は、前記弁室内に設けられた弁座に対して着座又は離間する方向に変位する弁本体部と、前記ボディと前記ボンネットとの間に設けられたダイヤフラム部とを有し、
前記ボンネットに変位量規制手段が設けられるとともに、前記変位量規制手段の一部が前記ボンネットの外部に露出し、
前記変位量規制手段は、ユーザの手動操作によって回転することで前記弁本体部に対して接近又は離間する方向に変位する変位部材と、前記変位部材に設けられて該変位部材と一体的に変位する当接部材と、前記変位部材の回転を規制するロック手段とを有し、
前記当接部材が、前記パイロット室内で、前記ロック手段で前記変位部材の回転が規制されることによって停止した位置にて前記弁本体部に当接することで、前記変位量規制手段が前記弁体の変位を規制するとともに、
前記ボンネットの外部に露出した前記変位量規制手段の一部から、前記変位部材の、前記パイロット室内への突出量の大小を判断することが可能であることを特徴とするバルブ。 - 請求項1記載のバルブにおいて、前記ボンネットは段差部を有し、前記段差部に前記パイロット室の圧力流体を外部に排出制御するパイロットバルブを設けることを特徴とするバルブ。
- 請求項2記載のバルブにおいて、前記ボンネットは前記変位量規制手段を取り付ける円筒形状部を有し、前記段差部は前記円筒形状部の一部に形成されていることを特徴とするバルブ。
