Description
Claims (19)
- 手持ち式器具として形成された噴霧可能な流体を噴霧するための分注装置であって、空気ポンプおよび前記空気ポンプを駆動する電気駆動モータが設けられたハウジングと、前記流体を分注するために前記ハウジングと連通している噴霧ヘッドと、分注される前記流体が貯蔵される貯蔵容器のために前記ハウジング内に配置された収容空間と、前記貯蔵容器から前記噴霧ヘッドに通じる流体ラインと、前記空気ポンプから前記噴霧ヘッドに通じるホースラインと、を有する分注装置において、前記噴霧ヘッドが前記流体ラインと連通している第1のノズルと、別個に、前記ホースラインからの前記空気流が供給される第2のノズルとを有し、前記第1のノズルの先端は、前記噴霧ヘッドの外側壁の外側に延在しており、前記第2のノズルの先端は、前記噴霧ヘッドの外側壁と同一面にあるかまたは前記噴霧ヘッドの外側壁の外側に延在しており、前記第1のノズルは、前記貯蔵容器から前記噴霧ヘッドの外側へ流体を分注し、前記第2のノズルは、前記空気ポンプから前記噴霧ヘッドの外側へ空気を分注し、前記噴霧ヘッドの外側に霧化領域が形成されるようになっている、分注装置。
- 前記第2のノズルが吐出方向に向けられ、前記第1のノズルが前記第2のノズルの前記吐出方向に対して垂直にまたは90°未満の角度αで配置されている、請求項1に記載の分注装置。
- 前記噴霧ヘッドが、前記貯蔵容器の解放可能な閉鎖部上に配置されるか、または前記噴霧ヘッドが、前記閉鎖部と一体的に形成されるか、もしくは前記貯蔵容器と一体に形成される、請求項1に記載の分注装置。
- 前記噴霧ヘッドが、前記第2のノズルに割り当てられかつ吐出方向とは反対側に設けられた接続部を有し、前記接続部は、媒体密封方式で前記ホースラインに接続可能である、請求項1に記載の分注装置。
- 前記噴霧ヘッド、閉鎖部、または前記貯蔵容器が、前記ハウジングに対して交換可能に設けられる、請求項1に記載の分注装置。
- 空気流が、1〜10l/minの流量で、前記第2のノズルを介して前記貯蔵容器から前記流体を分注するために前記噴霧ヘッドの前記第1のノズルを出る、請求項1に記載の分注装置。
- 前記貯蔵容器に供給される前記流体が、水ベースの天然物質で作られている、請求項1に記載の分注装置。
- 前記空気ポンプが、前記空気ポンプを出た後に前記噴霧ヘッドに通じる前記ホースラインと、前記収容空間に通じる圧力ラインとに供給される空気流を生成し、前記圧力ラインは、前記貯蔵容器から前記流体を分注するための前記収容空間内の圧力を高める、請求項1に記載の分注装置。
- 前記ホースラインが、前記噴霧ヘッド内の閉じた圧力空間に開口し、前記圧力空間に蓄積された空気は、前記第2のノズルを介して出るか、または前記第2のノズルが前記ホースラインと直接連通している、請求項8に記載の分注装置。
- 前記ホースラインまたは圧力ラインまたはその両方が、空気圧レギュレータを有し、前記空気圧レギュレータは、前記ハウジング上に配置された制御要素で調節可能である、請求項8に記載の分注装置。
- 前記圧力ラインが、前記収容空間上に、好ましくは前記収容空間の基部上に接続片を備えて配置され、前記接続片の入口開口部が前記収容空間を向いている、請求項8に記載の分注装置。
- 前記貯蔵容器が、カートリッジ基部を有するカートリッジとして形成され、前記カートリッジ内に配置された変位可能な基部を有し、前記カートリッジ基部には、接続片に気密に当接する出口開口部が設けられており、前記変位可能な基部が、その外周上で前記カートリッジの内側ケーシング表面と係合するシールリップを有する、請求項1に記載の分注装置。
- 前記変位可能な基部が、前記基部表面の中心に膨らみ部を有し、前記膨らみ部は前記貯蔵容器の内部に向いている、請求項12に記載の分注装置。
- 前記貯蔵容器が、前記収容空間に挿入される管状バッグとして形成され、前記収容空間は、前記管状バッグの挿入後に前記収容空間が気密に閉鎖される、請求項1に記載の分注装置。
- 前記噴霧ヘッドが、前記ハウジング上に旋回可能に配置され、前記噴霧ヘッドは、前記ハウジングから持ち上げられ、前記貯蔵容器を交換するための開いた位置に移動可能である、請求項1に記載の分注装置。
- 前記ハウジングに対する前記噴霧ヘッドが、ガイドによって前記ハウジング上に移動可能に収容され、前記貯蔵容器を交換するために閉じた位置から開いた位置に移動可能である、請求項1に記載の分注装置。
- 前記噴霧ヘッドに配置された前記流体ラインが、前記第1のノズルとは反対側にニードルを有し、前記ニードルは、前記噴霧ヘッドの閉鎖中に前記貯蔵容器の閉鎖部に浸漬され、前記貯蔵容器が、前記流体ラインの前記ニードルを突き刺して除去するための自己回復閉鎖部を有する、請求項1に記載の分注装置。
- 前記流体ラインの前記ニードル用の保護装置が、前記噴霧ヘッドに設けられ、前記保護装置は、重力またはエネルギー貯蔵要素によって前記ハウジングに対する前記噴霧ヘッドの開放中に前記ニードルを保護する位置に移動され、前記噴霧ヘッドの閉鎖中に前記ニードルを解放する、請求項17に記載の分注装置。
- 前記駆動モータに供給するためのアキュムレータ、好ましくは充電接続部が、前記ハウジング内に設けられている、請求項1に記載の分注装置。
