Description
(a)ポリマーマトリックス材料を溶融し、軟磁性粉末と溶融したポリマーマトリックス材料とを混練機又は押出機内で混合すること、

c)ペンタエリスリトール、N、N、N’N’−テトラキス(2−ヒドロキシプロピル) − エチレンジアミンのような四官能性分子、
とのヒドロキシル化合物、又は、これら化合物のあらゆる組み合わせを含む。
さらに、リン酸カルボニル鉄粉は、オレイル−イミダゾール及びオレイル−サルコシンのような阻害剤を添加することにより、さらに修飾することができる。
異なる分子量のポリテトラヒドロフラン(ポリTHF)をベースとした熱可塑性ポリウレタン10質量%の組成物;メチレンジフェニルジイソシアネート(MDI)と連鎖延長剤としての1,4−ブタンジオールと90質量%のカルボニル鉄粉(CIP)との混合物を、スクリュー直径が30mmでL/D比が40の二軸スクリュー押出機を用いて調製した。押出機は、長さが同じである12のゾーンに分割されている。
実施例1と同じ機械を使用して実施例1と同じ構成要素の組成物を製造したが、工程パラメータは表2に示すように設定した。ポリウレタンを主要フィーダを介して供給し、CIPを1つ又は複数のサイドフィーダーを介して供給した。
実施例1と同じ機械を使用して実施例1と同じ構成要素の組成物を製造したが、工程パラメータは表3に示すように設定した。ポリウレタンを主要フィーダを介して供給し、CIPを1つ又は複数のサイドフィーダーを介して供給した。
実施例3の工程を繰り返したが、すべての構成要素を主要フィーダを介して供給した。
Claims (13)
- 磁気コアを製造するための組成物であって、前記組成物の質量を基準としてそれぞれ90〜95質量%の軟磁性粉末と5〜10質量%のポリマーマトリックス材料とを含み、前記ポリマーマトリックス材料は、ポリマーの質量を基準として50〜100質量%の熱可塑性ポリウレタンを含む、組成物。
- 前記ポリマーマトリックス材料は、100質量%の熱可塑性ポリウレタンを含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記ポリマーマトリックス材料は、ポリウレタンと、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリエステル、ポリエーテル、ポリスチレン、ポリカーボネート、ポリ塩化ビニル、アクリロニトリル−ブタジエン−スチレンコポリマー、アクリル酸エステル−スチレン−アクリロニトリルコポリマー、スチレン−アクリロニトリルコポリマー、ポリアクリロニトリル、エチレンビニルアセテート、ポリブチレンテレフタレート、ポリエチレンテレフタレート及びポリオキシメチレンのうちの1種以上とのブレンドである、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記ポリウレタンは、
(i)脂肪族、脂環式、芳香脂肪族又は芳香族ジイソシアネート、
(ii)イソシアネートに対して反応性である水素原子を有する少なくとも1種の高分子化合物、
(iii)帯電防止添加剤、
(iv)任意に少なくとも1種の触媒、
(v)任意に低分子鎖延長剤、
から構成される、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。 - 前記イソシアネートに対して反応性である水素原子を有する高分子化合物はポリオールである、請求項4に記載の組成物。
- 前記ポリオールは、500〜8000の範囲の数平均分子量と、1.8〜2.3のイソシアネートに対する平均官能価を有する、請求項5に記載の組成物。
- 前記帯電防止添加剤は、エチルメチルイミダゾールエチルスルフェートを含む、請求項4〜6のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記軟磁性粉末はカルボニル鉄粉、Fe−Si、Fe−Si−Cr、Fe−Si−Al、Fe−Si−Al−B、Fe−Si−Al−P、Fe−Si−Al−B−Pを含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の組成物の製造方法であって、
(a)前記ポリマーマトリックス材料を溶融し、前記軟磁性粉末と前記溶融したポリマーマトリックス材料を混練機又は押出機内で混合すること、
(b)前記軟磁性粉末と前記ポリマーマトリックス材料との混合物を、押出機を用いてストランドを形成するためダイを通してプレスし、前記ストランドをペレットに切断すること、
を含む、製造方法。 - 前記ポリマーマトリックス材料を溶融し、前記軟磁性粉末と前記溶融したポリマーマトリックス材料を混合することが同一装置内で行われる、請求項9に記載の製造方法。
- 工程(a)及び(b)は1つの押出機内で実施される、請求項9又は10に記載の製造方法。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の組成物から作製された磁気コアであって、前記磁気コアは、0.5MPa〜50MPaの範囲の引張強さと0.2MPa〜1MPaの範囲の弾性率とを有する、磁気コア。
- 前記磁気コアは無線充電器(wireless loading station)における磁気コアである、請求項12に記載の磁気コア。
