- 駆動用バッテリを備える複数の車両のそれぞれと電力網との間の双方向の電力の伝送に使用可能な可搬式の送受電ユニットと、
送受電ユニットの外部の管理装置と、

前記複数の車両のそれぞれに対して着脱可能であり、前記複数の車両のそれぞれと前記送受電ユニットとの間の電力伝送に用いられる複数の接続部であって、前記複数の車両のそれぞれが備える駆動用バッテリが前記複数の接続部を通じて前記電力網との間で電力伝送が可能である、複数の接続部と、
前記複数の接続部に接続されている前記複数の車両のそれぞれと前記電力網との間の双方向の電力伝送を制御する制御部と、
前記複数の接続部を通じて前記複数の車両のそれぞれと前記送受電ユニットとの間で伝送されたそれぞれの伝送電力量を測定する測定部と、
前記複数の接続部に接続された前記複数の車両のそれぞれの識別情報を取得する車両情報取得部と、
前記車両情報取得部が取得した前記複数の車両のそれぞれの識別情報を、それぞれの識別情報で識別される車両と前記送受電ユニットとの間で伝送された前記伝送電力量と対応づける送受電情報を生成する送受電情報生成部と、
前記送受電情報を前記管理装置に送信する送受電情報送信部と、
を有し、
前記車両情報取得部は、電力線通信又は無線通信により、前記複数の車両から送信された前記複数の車両のそれぞれの識別情報を取得し、
前記管理装置は、
前記複数の車両のそれぞれから、前記駆動用バッテリから車両外に供給された電力量の測定値及び車両外から前記駆動用バッテリに供給された電力量の測定値を示す情報と、前記識別情報と、を含む測定値情報を、受信し、
前記測定値情報と、前記送受電ユニットから送信された送受電情報と、に基づいて、前記複数の車両のそれぞれにおいて測定された前記電力量の測定値と、前記送受電ユニットにより測定された前記伝送電力量とが一致しているか否かを検証する検証部
を備える送受電システム。 - 前記送受電ユニットは、
GPS機能により、前記送受電ユニットの位置を示す位置情報を取得する位置取得部をさらに備え、
前記送受電情報は、前記車両情報取得部が取得した前記複数の車両のそれぞれの識別情報を、さらに前記位置情報に対応づけ、
前記管理装置は、前記複数の車両のそれぞれから、前記複数の車両のそれぞれが備えるGPSセンサにより測定された位置情報をさらに含む前記測定値情報を受信する請求項1に記載の送受電システム。 - 前記送受電情報生成部が生成する送受電情報は、前記測定部による電力量の測定期間を示す情報と前記複数の車両のそれぞれの識別情報とをさらに対応づけ、
前記管理装置は、前記複数の車両のそれぞれから、前記複数の車両のそれぞれにおける前記電力量の測定値の測定期間を示す情報をさらに含む前記測定値情報を受信する
請求項1又は2に記載の送受電システム。 - 前記管理装置は、前記電力網における電力需要を示す情報を取得する需要情報取得部をさらに備え、
前記管理装置は、前記複数の車両から、前記複数の車両が備える複数の前記駆動用バッテリのそれぞれの残容量を示す情報を取得し、
前記制御部は、前記複数の車両が備える複数の前記駆動用バッテリのそれぞれの残容量と、前記電力網における電力需要とに基づいて、前記電力網と前記複数の車両のそれぞれとの間の送受電を制御する
請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の送受電システム。 - 前記制御部は、前記複数の駆動用バッテリのそれぞれの残容量と予め定められた基準値との差と、前記電力網における電力需要とに基づいて、前記複数の駆動用バッテリのそれぞれの残容量と前記基準値との差のばらつきが減少するように、前記複数の車両のそれぞれの前記駆動用バッテリの充電量及び放電量を算出し、前記電力網と前記複数の車両のそれぞれとの間の送受電を制御する
請求項4に記載の送受電システム。 - 前記電力網及び前記複数の車両の少なくとも一つから供給される電気エネルギーを用いてエネルギーを蓄積するエネルギー蓄積部
をさらに備える請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の送受電システム。 - 前記制御部はさらに、前記電力網及び前記複数の車両のそれぞれと前記エネルギー蓄積部との間の送受電を制御する
請求項6に記載の送受電システム。 - 前記複数の車両及び前記電力網に電力を供給可能に設けられる発電装置
をさらに備え、
前記制御部はさらに、前記発電装置から前記複数の車両及び前記電力網の少なくとも何れかへの電力供給を制御する
請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の送受電システム。 - 複数の電力網のそれぞれに電力を供給する複数の発電設備
をさらに備え、
前記管理装置は、前記複数の電力網における電力需要を示す情報を取得する需要情報取得部をさらに有し、
前記管理装置は、
前記複数の電力網のそれぞれから電力供給されるそれぞれの場所において過去に消費された電力量を参照して、前記複数の電力網のそれぞれにおける将来の電力使用量を予測し、
前記複数の電力網のうち、前記複数の発電設備の電力容量と前記将来の電力使用量とに基づいて電力不足が生じることが予測される電力網を前記送受電ユニットの配備先として決定する決定部
をさらに有する請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の送受電システム。
