Description
スプールと、
内部に前記スプールが軸方向に移動可能に配置されるスリーブと、
前記スプールの一端側に配置され、前記スプールを移動させる円柱状プランジャと、
前記スプールの他端側に配置され、前記円柱状プランジャによる移動に対抗してスプールを付勢するスプリングと、
前記円柱状プランジャの外周に配置されるソレノイド成形体と、
前記円柱状プランジャ及び前記ソレノイド成形体を収容するソレノイドケースと、
前記ソレノイドケースに収容され、ソレノイド成形体の内側に配置され、内側の空間内に前記円柱状プランジャを収容する収容部と、
前記収容部の内側の空間内に配置され、前記スプールと前記円柱状プランジャとの間に前記円柱状プランジャの径方向の中心の延長線上に配置されるロッドと、を具備し、
前記ソレノイド成型体への通電により前記円柱状プランジャを移動させるソレノイドバルブであって、
前記スプールが、前記ロッドを介して移動され、
前記スリーブの前記ソレノイドケース側には、当該スリーブを径方向に貫通し、少なくとも前記円柱状プランジャが所定の領域にあるときに前記収容部の内側の空間を外部に連通させる呼吸孔を備え、
前記円柱状プランジャの径方向の中心には軸方向に貫通孔が形成されており、
前記ロッドは、中実に形成されており、前記円柱状プランジャとの対向端部に径方向外方に向けてそれぞれ対称方向に延出する鍔部を有し、それぞれの前記鍔部と軸方向視で直交する径方向両側にそれぞれ前記収容部の内周との間に通路を形成する切欠部が軸方向に亘り形成され、かつ前記対向端部に前記円柱状プランジャの径方向の中心を通り該ロッドの前記切欠部が形成された径方向両側を貫通する対向溝部が形成され、前記対向溝部の内面が径方向視対称な円弧形状に形成されていることを特徴としている。
この特徴によれば、円柱状プランジャが移動する際に、プランジャに形成された貫通孔と、ロッドに形成された対向溝部とを通して円柱状プランジャの両側の空間に存在する流体が収容部内の円柱状プランジャの移動方向の両側で互いに移動させることができるとともに、ロッドの切欠部及びスリーブの呼吸孔を介して円柱状プランジャが収容される収容部内と外部とが連通しているため、流体の移動する空間を大きく確保でき、流体の移動が滞留することなく行え、流体の移動が遅滞することによる円柱状プランジャの移動を阻害する恐れが無い。また、ロッド自体を中実に形成し、径方向に貫通する対向溝部の内面が径方向視対称な円弧形状に形成されていることで、円柱状プランジャの移動をスプールに伝えるロッドの耐久性を高めつつ、移動によりロッドにかかる応力が対向溝部の内面の一部に集中することなくロッドを形成することができる。
この特徴によれば、ソレノイドバルブのオフの状態でも呼吸路と収容部内とが連通しているため、プランジャの移動始めにおいて収容部内の空間と外部とで呼吸を行うことができ、ソレノイドバルブの応答性に優れる。

Claims (2)
- スプールと、
内部に前記スプールが軸方向に移動可能に配置されるスリーブと、
前記スプールの一端側に配置され、前記スプールを移動させる円柱状プランジャと、
前記スプールの他端側に配置され、前記円柱状プランジャによる移動に対抗してスプールを付勢するスプリングと、
前記円柱状プランジャの外周に配置されるソレノイド成形体と、
前記円柱状プランジャ及び前記ソレノイド成形体を収容するソレノイドケースと、
前記ソレノイドケースに収容され、ソレノイド成形体の内側に配置され、内側の空間内に前記円柱状プランジャを収容する収容部と、
前記収容部の内側の空間内に配置され、前記スプールと前記円柱状プランジャとの間に前記円柱状プランジャの径方向の中心の延長線上に配置されるロッドと、を具備し、
前記ソレノイド成型体への通電により前記円柱状プランジャを移動させるソレノイドバルブであって、
前記スプールが、前記ロッドを介して移動され、
前記スリーブの前記ソレノイドケース側には、当該スリーブを径方向に貫通し、少なくとも前記円柱状プランジャが所定の領域にあるときに前記収容部の内側の空間を外部に連通させる呼吸孔を備え、
前記円柱状プランジャの径方向の中心には軸方向に貫通孔が形成されており、
前記ロッドは、中実に形成されており、前記円柱状プランジャとの対向端部に径方向外方に向けてそれぞれ対称方向に延出する鍔部を有し、それぞれの前記鍔部と軸方向視で直交する径方向両側にそれぞれ前記収容部の内周との間に通路を形成する切欠部が軸方向に亘り形成され、かつ前記対向端部に前記円柱状プランジャの径方向の中心を通り該ロッドの前記切欠部が形成された径方向両側を貫通する対向溝部が形成され、前記対向溝部の内面が径方向視対称な円弧形状に形成されていることを特徴とするソレノイドバルブ。 - 前記収容部内の空間と前記呼吸孔とが常時連通していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のソレノイドバルブ。
