Description
スプール切換弁装置1は、スプール筺体10、弁座部材60、70、弁体B1、B2を備えている。弁体B1、B2は、球状である。
図2に示すように、ボディBDは、+X側の端部からX軸方向に延びる空洞部110を備えた筒状である。空洞部110の底部111は、ZY平面と平行な底面112を備えている。空洞部110には、+X側の端部からスプール切換弁装置1が挿入される。空洞部110のX軸方向の長さは、スプール切換弁装置1の全長よりも長い。空洞部110の内周面は、スプール筺体10の外周面と嵌め合わされる。空洞部110におけるスプール切換弁装置1よりも+X側には、プラグ115が挿入される。プラグ115の外周面は、空洞部110の内周面と嵌め合わされる。プラグ115の外周面と空洞部110の内周面との間には、適宜、図示しないシール材が設けられている。シール材は、例えば、Oリングである。
例えば、スプール筺体10の弁体可動部22に弁体B1を収容する。弁体B1が収容されたスプール筺体10の−X側の端部に弁座部材60を装着する。次に、スプール筺体10の弁体可動部32に弁体B2を収容する。弁体B2が収容されたスプール筺体10の+X側の端部に弁座部材70を装着する。
Claims (10)
- 軸方向両端から前記軸方向に沿って、中央に向けて開けられた空洞穴を備え、前記軸方向を長手とした柱状スプール筐体と、
前記空洞穴内に配置された球状弁体とを含むスプール切換弁装置において、
前記スプール筐体は、
前記各空洞穴の最も奥に設けられ、前記スプール筐体の側面を貫通して外部とつながった第1入力ポート空洞部と、
各空洞穴の第1入力ポート空洞部に隣接して設けられ、前記弁体を前記軸方向に移動可能に収容する弁体可動部と、
前記各弁体可動部と各第1入力ポート空洞部との境界部分に設けられ、前記弁体によって前記各弁体可動部と各第1入力ポート空洞部との間が開閉される第1弁座部と、
前記各弁体可動部に隣接して前記各空洞穴の最も手前端部に設けられ、第2弁座部を備えた弁座部材が装着される弁座装着部と、を各々装備し、
前記各弁座部材は、中央に貫通穴を備えた筒状であり、前記貫通穴の前記弁体可動部とは反対側端部には外部との通路となる第2入力ポート部を備え、前記貫通穴の前記各弁体可動部側に前記弁体が嵌まり、前記弁体によって前記各弁体可動部と前記各第2入力ポート部との間を開閉する前記第2弁座部が配置され、
前記各弁体可動部は、前記弁体の移動範囲の中央部分に前記スプール筐体側面を貫き外部と連なる出力ポートを各々備え、
前記各弁座装着部は、前記弁座部材装着時に前記弁座部材の脱落を阻止する係合受け部を有し、
前記各弁座部材には、前記各弁座装着部への装着時に前記係合受け部に入り込む係合部が設けられていることを特徴としたスプール切換弁装置。 - 前記係合受け部は、凹部であり、
前記係合部は、前記凹部内に入り込む凸部である
請求項1記載のスプール切換弁装置。 - 前記凹部は、周方向の溝であり、
前記凸部は、前記周方向の凸条である
請求項2記載のスプール切換弁装置。 - 前記凸部の前記奥側は、テーパー状である
請求項2または請求項3記載のスプール切換弁装置。 - 前記凸部の前記手前側は、テーパー状である
請求項4記載のスプール切換弁装置。 - 前記係合部は、凹部であり、
前記係合受け部は、前記凹部内に入り込む凸部である
請求項1記載のスプール切換弁装置。 - 前記凹部は、周方向の溝であり、
前記凸部は、前記周方向の凸条である
請求項6記載のスプール切換弁装置。 - 前記凸部の前記手前側は、テーパー状である
請求項6または請求項7記載のスプール切換弁装置。 - 前記凸部の前記奥側は、テーパー状である
請求項8記載のスプール切換弁装置。 - 前記スプール筺体の外周面には、前記第1入力ポート空洞部とつながった周方向の第1溝部と、前記出力ポートとつながった周方向の第2溝部と、が設けられる
請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のスプール切換弁装置。
