Description
(a)発泡性かつ熱硬化性の組成物を提供すること、ここで、該組成物は
−グリセロール、ジグリセロール及びグリセロールオリゴマーから選ばれる少なくとも1つの要素を含む、ポリオール成分、
−クエン酸を含む、多価酸成分、
−界面活性剤、及び、
−エステル化触媒、
を含有する;
(b)前記発泡性かつ熱硬化性の組成物をモールドに導入すること、又は該発泡性組成物を支持体に適用すること;
(c)前記ポリオール成分を前記多価酸成分と反応させるために、少なくとも135℃、好ましくは少なくとも150℃、なおもより有利には少なくとも175℃の温度で、前記発泡性かつ熱硬化性の組成物を加熱し、熱硬化ポリエステル発泡体のブロックを形成すること。
−グリセロール、ジグリセロール及びグリセロールオリゴマーから選ばれる少なくとも1つの要素を含む、ポリオール成分、
−クエン酸を含む、多価酸成分、
−界面活性剤、及び、
−エステル化触媒、
を含有する組成物の、発泡体タイプの絶縁性製品の製造のための発泡性かつ熱硬化性の組成物としての使用である。
48重量%のグリセロール、
47重量%のクエン酸、
3重量%のアルキルポリグリコシド、及び、
2重量%のエステル化触媒
を含有する発泡性かつ熱硬化性の組成物は、ポリオール成分含有分が51%(48%グリセロール+3%アルキルポリグリコシド)に等しく、多価酸成分含有分が47%に等しく、界面活性剤含有分が3%に等しく、そしてエステル化触媒含有分が2%に等しいであろう。3%アルキルポリグリコシドが2回カウントされるので、これらの4つの成分の数値合計はもちろん100%より大きい。

(上式中、nは3〜6の整数である)
及び−OH官能基の30%までが脂肪族アルコールによってエーテル化されてよい式(1)の化合物の脂肪族モノエーテル又はポリエーテルは、オリゴグリセロールであると考えられる。
+: 0.5〜1 cm
++: 1.1〜2 cm
+++: 2.1〜3 cm
++++: 3.1〜4 cm
+++++: 4 cmを超える
**テトラデシルトリメチルアンモニウムブロミド(TTAB)及びドデシル硫酸ナトリウム(SDS)を、水中25%溶液の形態で添加したもの。TTAB/SDS重量比=2
***約3分の1で各成分を含む混合物
****ポリグリセロール-4(CAS番号25618-55-7)は、約2%のジグリセロール、43%のトリグリセロール、34%のテトラグリセロール、14%のペンタグリセロール、6%のヘキサグリセロールを含む。
下記の表2は表1と同じ条件で行った試験により得られた結果を示す。グリセロール/ジグリセロール/オリゴグリセロールの約3分の1を、異なるポリオール(疎水性デンプン、トリメチロールプロパン、ペンタエリスリトール)に置き換えた。
下記表3は、グリセロール/ジグリセロール/オリゴグリセロールの全てを異なるポリオール(疎水性デンプン、マルチトール、イソソルビド)に置き換えた以外は、表1と同じ条件で行った試験により得られる結果を示す。

*** 疎水性変性デンプン
下記表4は、クエン酸の一部又は全部が別の多価酸で置換されていることを除いて、表1と同じ条件下で行われた試験により得られる結果を示す。
**テトラデシルトリメチルアンモニウムブロミド(TTAB)及びドデシル硫酸ナトリウム(SDS)を水中25%溶液の形態で添加したもの。TTAB/SDS重量比=2
***(C8-C14)アルキルポリグリコシド(Glucopon 650 EC)を52重量%の固形分を有する水溶液の形態で添加したもの
次亜リン酸ナトリウムを除いたこと以外は表1と同じ条件で試験を行ったときに、発泡体の形成は非常に大きく抑制される。
本発明の態様として、以下の態様を挙げることができる:
《態様1》
以下の順次の工程を含む、熱硬化ポリエステル発泡体の製造方法:
(a)発泡性かつ熱硬化性の組成物を提供すること、ここで、該組成物は以下を含有する:
−グリセロール、ジグリセロール及びグリセロールオリゴマーから選ばれる少なくとも1つの要素を含む、ポリオール成分、
−クエン酸を含む、多価酸成分、
−アルキルポリグリコシド、及びアニオン性界面活性剤とカチオン性界面活性剤との混合物から選ばれる、界面活性剤、並びに
−エステル化触媒。
(b)前記発泡性かつ熱硬化性の組成物をモールドに導入すること、又は該発泡性組成物を支持体に適用すること、
(c)少なくとも135℃、好ましくは少なくとも150℃の温度で、前記発泡性かつ熱硬化性の組成物を加熱し、前記ポリオール成分を前記多価酸成分と反応させて、熱硬化ポリエステル発泡体のブロックを形成すること。
《態様2》
前記ポリオール成分及び前記多価酸成分は、合計で、前記発泡性かつ熱硬化性の組成物の乾燥重量の少なくとも60%、好ましくは少なくとも70%、特に少なくとも80%に相当することを特徴とする、態様1に記載の方法。
《態様3》
前記ポリオール成分は、少なくとも15重量%、好ましくは少なくとも20重量%、特に少なくとも25重量%のグリセロールを含むことを特徴とする、態様1又は2に記載の方法。
《態様4》
前記多価酸成分は、少なくとも50重量%、好ましくは少なくとも65重量%、特に少なくとも80重量%のクエン酸を含むことを特徴とする、態様1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
《態様5》
前記界面活性剤は、ドデシル硫酸ナトリウム(SDS)とテトラデシルトリメチルアンモニウムブロミド(TTAB)の混合物であることを特徴とする、態様1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
《態様6》
前記界面活性剤は、親水性−親油性バランス(HLB)が3〜13であることを特徴とする、態様1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
《態様7》
前記ポリオール成分は、前記ポリオール成分及び前記多価酸成分の総重量の15重量%〜60重量%、好ましくは20重量%〜50重量%、特に25重量%〜45重量%であることを特徴とする、態様1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
《態様8》
前記発泡性組成物は、最大で60重量%、好ましくは最大で25重量%、有利には最大で15重量%、特に最大で5重量%の水を含むことを特徴とする、態様1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
《態様9》
前記エステル化触媒は、リン含有化合物から選ばれ、好ましくは次亜リン酸アルカリ金属塩、亜リン酸アルカリ金属塩、ポリリン酸アルカリ金属塩、リン酸水素アルカリ金属塩、リン酸、アルキルホスホン酸及びこれらの化合物の2種以上の混合物からなる群より選ばれ、特に次亜リン酸アルカリ金属塩であることを特徴とする、態様1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
《態様10》
発泡性組成物は、全ての発泡性組成物の乾燥重量に対して、30重量%以下、好ましくは20重量%以下、特に10重量%以下の1種以上の無機フィラー又は有機フィラーをも含むことを特徴とする、態様1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
《態様11》
態様1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法により得ることができるポリエステル発泡体。
《態様12》
密度が20〜80kg/m3、好ましくは25〜50kg/m3、特に27〜48kg/m3である、態様11に記載のポリエステル発泡体。
《態様13》
独立気泡を有することを特徴とする、態様11又は12に記載のポリエステル発泡体。
《態様14》
X線トモグラフィーにより決定した細孔の平均直径は、100〜800μmであることを特徴とする、態様11〜13のいずれか一項に記載の固体発泡体。
《態様15》
以下を含有する組成物の、発泡体タイプの絶縁性製品の製造のための発泡性かつ熱硬化性の組成物としての使用:
−グリセロール、ジグリセロール及びグリセロールオリゴマーから選ばれる少なくとも1つの要素を含む、ポリオール成分、
−クエン酸を含む、多価酸成分、
−アルキルポリグリコシド、及びアニオン性界面活性剤とカチオン性界面活性剤との混合物から選ばれる、界面活性剤、並びに
−エステル化触媒。
Claims (9)
- 以下の順次の工程を含む、単一の重合工程において熱硬化ポリエステル発泡体を製造する方法:
(a)発泡性かつ熱硬化性の組成物を提供すること、ここで、該組成物は以下を含有する:
−少なくとも15重量%のグリセロールを含む、ポリオール成分、
−少なくとも50重量%のクエン酸を含む、多価酸成分、
−アルキルポリグリコシド、及びアニオン性界面活性剤とカチオン性界面活性剤との混合物から選ばれる、界面活性剤、並びに
−次亜リン酸ナトリウムであるエステル化触媒、
(b)前記発泡性かつ熱硬化性の組成物をモールドに導入すること、又は該発泡性組成物を支持体に適用すること、
(c)170℃超の温度で、前記発泡性かつ熱硬化性の組成物を加熱し、前記ポリオール成分を前記多価酸成分と反応させて、熱硬化ポリエステル発泡体のブロックを形成すること。 - 前記ポリオール成分及び前記多価酸成分は、合計で、前記発泡性かつ熱硬化性の組成物の乾燥重量の少なくとも60%に相当することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記多価酸成分は、少なくとも65重量%のクエン酸を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記界面活性剤は、ドデシル硫酸ナトリウム(SDS)とテトラデシルトリメチルアンモニウムブロミド(TTAB)の混合物であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記界面活性剤は、親水性−親油性バランス(HLB)が3〜13であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリオール成分は、前記ポリオール成分及び前記多価酸成分の総重量の15重量%〜60重量%であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記発泡性組成物は、最大で60重量%の水を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 発泡性組成物は、全ての発泡性組成物の乾燥重量に対して、30重量%以下の1種以上の無機フィラー又は有機フィラーをも含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリエステル発泡体の密度が20〜80kg/m3を有する、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
