Claims (6)
- 動力源の動力が伝達される入力回転部材と駆動輪へ前記動力を出力する出力回転部材との間に並列に設けられた、前記動力を前記入力回転部材から前記出力回転部材へ各々伝達することが可能な複数の動力伝達経路を備え、前記複数の動力伝達経路は、ギヤ段を有するギヤ機構を介した第1動力伝達経路と、プライマリプーリとセカンダリプーリとの間に伝達要素が巻き掛けられた無段変速機構を介した第2動力伝達経路とを有しており、前記第1動力伝達経路は前記第1動力伝達経路に設けられた第1係合装置の係合によって形成され、前記第2動力伝達経路は前記第2動力伝達経路において前記無段変速機構よりも前記駆動輪側に設けられた第2係合装置の係合によって形成される車両用動力伝達装置の、制御装置であって、
前記出力回転部材の回転速度の検出精度が無いか否かを判定する精度有無判定部と、
ハード保護の為の、最ロー側変速比よりもハイ側の変速比となる前記無段変速機構の目標変速比を設定する要求が有るか否かを判定する要求有無判定部と、
前記出力回転部材の回転速度の検出精度が無いときに、前記要求が有る場合には、前記無段変速機構の目標変速比を前記ハード保護の為の前記目標変速比に設定する一方で、前記要求が無い場合には、前記無段変速機構の目標変速比を前記最ロー側変速比に設定する変速制御部と
を、含むことを特徴とする車両用動力伝達装置の制御装置。 - 前記出力回転部材の回転速度の検出精度が無いか否かを判定することは、車両停止中であるか否かを判定することであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用動力伝達装置の制御装置。
- 前記変速制御部は、前記車両停止中、且つ前記第1係合装置及び前記第2係合装置が何れも解放された状態にある前記車両用動力伝達装置のニュートラル状態のときに、前記要求が有る場合には、前記無段変速機構の目標変速比を前記ハード保護の為の前記目標変速比に設定する一方で、前記要求が無い場合には、前記無段変速機構の目標変速比を前記最ロー側変速比に設定することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両用動力伝達装置の制御装置。
- 前記変速制御部は、前記車両停止中のときに、前記第1動力伝達経路及び前記第2動力伝達経路のうちの何れかが形成されている場合には、前記無段変速機構の目標変速比を前記最ロー側変速比に設定することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の車両用動力伝達装置の制御装置。
- 前記変速制御部は、前記出力回転部材の回転速度の検出精度が有るときには、前記無段変速機構の目標変速比を、前記出力回転部材の回転速度の実際値と前記入力回転部材の回転速度の目標値とを用いて算出することを特徴とする請求項1から4の何れか1項に記載の車両用動力伝達装置の制御装置。
- 前記ハード保護は、前記無段変速機構の耐久性の低下を抑制又は回避することであることを特徴とする請求項1から5の何れか1項に記載の車両用動力伝達装置の制御装置。
