- 鋼薄板から成る少なくとも2つのハウジングシェル(3、4)を有するブースタハウジング(2)を有している空圧式ブレーキブースタ(1)であって、ブレーキブースタ(1)周囲の大気からの封止のために、ブースタハウジング(2)に封着している柔軟な充填材(5、5‘)を少なくとも1つ有しているブレーキブースタ(1)において、少なくとも1つの充填材(5、5‘)との当接域で、ブースタハウジング(2)が、平均粗さRa>1.2という面粗度の金属コーティング15を有することを特徴とする空圧式ブレーキブースタ(1)。
- 金属コーティング15が、亜鉛を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のブレーキブースタ(1)。
- 金属コーティング15が、アルミニウムを含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のブレーキブースタ(1)。
- 金属コーティング15が、マグネシウムを含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のブレーキブースタ(1)。
- 金属コーティング15が、浸漬溶融法により施されることを特徴する請求項1に記載のブレーキブースタ(1)。
- 少なくとも1つのハウジングシェル(3、4)が、完全に金属コーティング15により覆われていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のブレーキブースタ(1)。
- 複数のハウジングシェル(3、4)間で、充填材(5‘)が封止しつつ、挟持されて配置されている請求項6に記載のブレーキブースタ(1)。
- 充填材(5‘)は、エラストマーのローリングダイヤフラム(6)の径方向外縁に適合した充填パッド(7)として形成されていて、ブースタハウジング(2)内では、ローリングダイヤフラム(6)が、少なくとも1つの負圧室(8)を作動室(9)に対して画成しているという構成の請求項1に記載のブレーキブースタ(1)。
- 充填材(5)は、ブースタハウジング(2)に設置された密封用シール材(10)として、線状滑動可能な部材(11)に対して形成されているという構成の請求項1に記載のブレーキブースタ(1)。
- 複数のハウジングシェル(3、4)の間に、隔壁(12)が配置されていて、ハウジングシェル(3)及び隔壁(12)の間、並びに隔壁(12)及びハウジングシェル(4)の間に、それぞれ充填材(5‘、5‘‘)が配置されていて、充填材(5‘、5‘‘)との当接域において、隔壁(12)が粗さ平均Ra>1.2という面粗度の金属コーティング15を有しているという構成の請求項1に記載のブレーキブースタ(1)。
