Abstract
Description
本発明は上述の問題点を解決し、コストアップを防止または抑制しつつガスケット取付用の穴を必須とすることなく、ガスケットのトレイとカバーとに対する密着性を向上して防水性を向上することが可能な電池パックのシール構造の提供を目的とする。
Claims (7)
- 内部に電池セルを収容するトレイと、
前記トレイを覆うカバーと、
前記トレイのシール面と前記カバーのシール面とにそれぞれ圧接して前記各シール面の隙間を塞ぐガスケットとを有し、
前記ガスケットは前記各シール面とは異なる位置において保持されている電池パックのシール構造。 - 請求項1記載の電池パックのシール構造において、
前記ガスケットを保持するための、前記トレイまたは前記カバーに一体化されたフランジ部を有することを特徴とする電池パックのシール構造。 - 請求項2記載の電池パックのシール構造において、
前記ガスケットと前記フランジ部とを接続するクリップを有することを特徴とする電池パックのシール構造。 - 請求項1から3までの何れか1つに記載の電池パックのシール構造において、
前記ガスケットは前記各シール面との圧接部よりも内側の位置において保持されていることを特徴とする電池パックのシール構造。 - 請求項1から4までの何れか1つに記載の電池パックのシール構造において、
前記ガスケットは、前記各シール面の一方に当接する脚部と、前記各シール面の他方に当接する中空部とを有することを特徴とする電池パックのシール構造。 - 請求項5記載の電池パックのシール構造において、
前記ガスケットは、前記各シール面に圧接したときに、前記脚部に比して前記中空部の変位量が大きいことを特徴とする電池パックのシール構造。 - 請求項6記載の電池パックのシール構造において、
前記脚部が、前記トレイと前記カバーとのうち前記ガスケットが保持される一方側の前記シール面に圧接し、
前記中空部が、前記一方側とは異なる他方側の前記シール面に圧接することを特徴とする電池パックのシール構造。
