(a)
− 5g/cm3以上の密度を有する金属性材料ないしセラミックス材料を60〜90重量%、
− 熱可塑性樹脂又は熱可塑性樹脂の混合物を9〜25重量%、
− カップリング剤を1〜7重量%、
− 強化材を0〜8重量%、好ましくは、1〜6重量%、及び
− ピグメントを0〜3重量%、
を含有する数mmのグラニュールを用意するステップと、及び
(b)前記装飾品を形成するように前記グラニュールを射出成形するステップと
を有する。射出成形プロセスは、温度が約90〜100℃である型において行われ、また、射出プロセスの間に、材料の温度は、200〜300℃、好ましくは、220〜280℃である。
Claims (4)
- 成型材料によって作られた装飾品であって、
前記成型材料は、
d90<16μmである「Fe17Cr11Mn3Mo」の粉末を72重量%、
d90<315μmである微細化MABS(メタクリル酸メチルアクリロニトリルブタジエンスチレン)を18.5重量%、
15%の酸を含有するエチレンメタクリル酸を3.5重量%、
200μm長のガラスファイバーを6重量%
含有することを特徴とする装飾品。 - 成型材料によって作られた装飾品であって、
前記成型材料は、
d90<16μmである「Fe17Cr11Mn3Mo」の粉末を71重量%、
d90<315μmである微細化MABS(メタクリル酸メチルアクリロニトリルブタジエンスチレン)を18.5重量%、
15%の酸を含有するエチレンメタクリル酸を3.5重量%、

15%の酸を含有するエチレンメタクリル酸を3.5重量%、

含有する成型材料を準備するステップと、及び
(b)前記装飾品を形成するように前記成型材料を射出成形するステップと
を順に有することを特徴とする方法。 - 装飾品を製造する方法であって、
(a)d90<16μmである「Fe17Cr11Mn3Mo」の粉末を71重量%、
d90<315μmである微細化MABS(メタクリル酸メチルアクリロニトリルブタジエンスチレン)を18.5重量%、
15%の酸を含有するエチレンメタクリル酸を3.5重量%、
